Decepção!!
Pros:

Quarto só tinha ventilador e estava COBERTO DE POEIRA. Minha hospedagem foi com pensão completa: só tinha alimentos a base de trigo (macarrão), nenhuma carne à parte... Aos celíacos não aconselho! Passei apuros.

Cons:

Sou alérgica a poeira, por isso passei a noite quase toda em claro por causa do calor, já que eu não podia acionar o ventilador e , segundo a recepcionista, não havia quem pudesse fazer a limpeza do mesmo ... Um horror. Foi o dinheiro mais mal gasto numa hospedagem!

owner and receptionist were very friendly.

Cons:

At the restaurant was only two table and server didnt show up 20 minutes. Every time we had to call you to order something. Mostly dishes in menu wasn't available. Tv didnt work and check out bill was 200 reals more but she corrected again. l want to pay but luckly my brazilian partner found the mistakes

Pros:

O hotel fica dentro de um condomínio luxuoso. Ele é amplo, possui uma piscina enorme, vista linda e os locais de almoço (restaurante) e café (salão no térreo) ficam mais afastados dos quartos, ou seja, o barulho não atrapalha quem está dentro dos quartos. Foi um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei entre todos os lugares que passei. Pão de queijo caseiro, variedades de bolos e biscoitos, além de manteiga, requeijão, sucos, iogurtes, cereais e afins que são de enriquecer os olhos. O ponto alto do café foi uma funcionária que pergunta se você aceita uma tapioca ou omelete que é preparada na hora. Escolhi a omelete, ela veio bem recheada e muito saborosa. Pedi umas bebidas no bar, mas achei um pouco cara e não tão boas as opções que experimentei. Apesar de ser bem bonito nas fotos, os quartos são mais escuros e precisam de manutenções. O quarto que fiquei foi o mais completo, porém o chuveiro ficou pingando o tempo inteiro, a hidromassagem fazia alguns barulhos estranhos, a pia estava um pouco entupida (o que descobri depois que a posição que o cifão estava impedia que a água descesse pela tubulação) e voltava um mal cheiro dos ralos em alguns momentos. O frigobar é mais antigo e não gelava as coisas que estavam dentro dele. Os canais de TV não funcionavam todos e o Wi-Fi não funcionava em todas as partes. Apesar de tudo, os funcionários são ótimos, muito educados, prestativos e cordiais. Vale a pena conhecer.
