Quarto e chuveiro nota 10

Cons:

Estava na piscina e vi uma criança com as pernas para fora da janela, acredito que pode ter uma trava em apartamentos com crianças.
Garagem,no Booking constava garagem mas estava lotada precisa melhorar.

Excelente atendimento, lugar muito limpo, com espaço amplo e adequado. Voltaria novamente! Não tomei café, e não almocei no restaurante do hotel, então não sei dizer se é bom. Mas as acomodações são excelentes!

Quarto confortável e limpo. Bom café da manhã, com variedade e tudo gostoso.

Cons:

Atendimento de alguns funcionários foi muito ruim, com má vontade e zero atenção. Outros funcionários, pelo contrário, foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Falta garantir um padrão de atendimento digno de um Mercure.
