Falta de lençõl, só havia edredon na cama, nunca vi uma cama arruma sem lençol e apenas edredon. Ar condicionado não funcionou bem durante a noite, parecia que não estava ligado ou na temperatura informada no próprio aparelho. Atendimento da equipe da recepção muito ruim o que já gerou uma primeira impressão ruim.
