Localização bastante adequada para quem frequenta os principais órgãos de Brasília.

Cons:

Hotel parece carecer de manutenção melhor, quartos com paredes e portas sujas, ambientes com iluminação fraca e atendimento bem aquém do que se espera da Rede Accor.

Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Quarto amplo e boa localização.

O hotel possui ótima localização, os quartos são amplos e havia aspecto de limpeza.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi decepcionante e ficou muito abaixo do padrão do hotel. Era um dia de prova de concurso público em Brasília, com vários candidatos/hóspedes aguardando para tomar café antes de saírem para os locais de prova, e o buffet estava faltando muitos itens, sobretudo panificados. Praticamente tudo acabou logo no primeiro horário, sem que houvesse a reposição adequada. Apenas um funcionário aparecia ocasionalmente repondo alguns itens de forma escassa. Além disso, o salão era gigante para uma equipe reduzida de funcionários. A variedade de opções no café mostrou-se inferior à de hotéis de redes mais simples. Fiz a reserva no Mercure na expectativa de um serviço à altura para um dia tão importante, mas a experiência foi frustrante, considerando o valor da diária.

Le séjour s’est bien passé mais sans plus.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était varié et assez bon. L’emplacement idéal. La literie très bonne.

Cons:

Le décoration des parties communes est vieillote. La salle du petit dejeuner est sombre et ressemble à une cantine Il n’y a pas de lounge agréable où prendre un verre et retrouver des amis.

O Hotel é ótimo, bem localizado.
Quarto bem arrumado e limpo.
Atendimento excelente com funcionários atenciosos e agradáveis.

Cons:

Faltou sabonete no dispenser do banho.

Estranhei não ter nem um cafezinho cortesia para os clientes, já que o café da manhã é pago. No meu caso foi só pernoite, mas faltou um cafezinho puro, o que em outros hotéis sempre foi servido.
