According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Acesso a praia pelo próprio Hotel, piscina, sauna, redes para descanso, cadeiras de praia como empréstimo, restaurante no hotel, lugar calmo.
No dia que chegamos a água quente não estava funcionando, falamos na recepção e ficaram de pedir as camareiras, mas não resolveu, ficamos somente com a água fria. No outro dia de manhã ainda não havia resolvido, falei novamente na recepção e ligaram apenas por alguns minutos, nem deu tempo de tomar banho. Pelo que percebi a água quente é controlada e não fica ligada automaticamente. Isso não foi bom pra nossa experiência.

The breakfast is varied and has good options. The best thing about the hotel it is the proximity to the beach.
It is a little bit outdated and needs repair but the inside is nice and the beach is just outside.
Gostei bastante da estrutura em si, da piscina do espaço ao ar livre, por ter acesso ao mar...
No entanto o café na da manhã deixou a desejar, tinha somente 1 tipo de pão, e o principal sobre o quarto, tinha somente uma tomada e era a da TV, não tinha como carregar o celular pois não tinha ao lado da cama nem próximo a ela, para passar nossas roupas. Nunca vi isso... enfim. No mais eu voltaria mas levaria uma extensão rs

The service was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is clean and well-kept. The rooms we a good value, although not fancy. There is a very nice beach walk from the grounds. However, be aware the bay that the hotel is on is very shallow and not much good for swimming.
The air conditioners had dirty filters made them so inefficient that they could not cool the room. I cleaned the filters on our air conditioner and then it worked well. The Wi-fi does not work well in all the rooms. We asked to be moved to a room room with better Wi-fi and we were graciously accommodated. The wi-fi in this more central room was good. The facility is not new and it could use a bit more maintenance. For example, I believe the floors and walls were clean, but they had a worn and dingy appearance.
