Não houve limpeza no quarto durante estadia de 2 dias. Não houve recolhimento de lixos e nem reposição de kit higiênico. a área de lazer muito pequena, inclusive o tobogã existente até agua alcança o estacionamento.
O quarto muito pequeno, não apresentando conforto.

Das piscinas.

Cons:

Bom as piscinas ok, são exatamente como publicado nas fotos.
Porém o quarto não tem janelas, as toalhas de cama e banho estavam surradas, desgastadas. E cheiravam estranho. O banheiro não tinha exaustor, então era horrível e a única janela que tinha era do banheiro, muito pequena e com uma frestinha apenas.

Pedi uma toalha para levar na praia e me cobraram 10,00 nunca vi isso

Café da manhã bem simples, não tinha opções de sucos, bolos e nem sucrílhos.
Ao menos o café preto era bom.

Acabei não tirando fotos para deixar aqui, foi uma falha minha.
Mas naquele hotel não voltarei.

A melhor coisa que fizeram foi incluir esses brinquedos na piscina. As crianças amaram. A recepção é sempre maravilhosa. O café da manhã sempre muito variado e delicioso. Sempre perfeito.

Cons:

A porta do quarto 139 precisa ser trocada, pois tem uma brecha, mas nada de tão grave, mas dá pra ver quem está dentro.

No site fala que está à 150 metros da praia e é mentira, pq têm uma mata, um mangue e temos que ir de carro e andar mais de 2km p chegar na praia. O quarto estava mal cheiro, o guarda roupa estava todo estourado com umidade e o frigobar todo enferrujado
