Gostei bastante da localização, perto de tudo e bem no centro histórico. Hotel muito limpo e organizado.

Cons:

A maioria dos funcionários são mal educados. O primeiro que nos recebeu foi super arrogante. Não respondem nem o bom dia. Não atendem solicitações. Para estar em uma recepção precisa atender muito bem os clientes e, acima de tudo, ser educado e bem receptivo.

Pros:

Localização, em plena praça principal. Para quem procura custo-benefício é perfeito. As camas e travesseiros eram bons.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno. Minúsculo. Tem estrutura para café da manhã, mas não estão oferecendo. Não é um grande problema porque a cidade conta com padarias, mas seria muito melhor o café no hotel.
Mal tinha água para comprar. Quando chegamos no segundo dia, haviam 5 garrafas para a venda e a geladeira estava desligada, ou seja, calor e água quente para vender.
Atendentes muito qualquer nota. Simpatia zero, pareciam ali obrigados, fazendo um favor. Estranho demais!
Definitivamente, não é aquele lugar que você diz: "voltarei com certeza". Não mesmo, mas valeu.

Serve para passar a noite, não recomendo para descanso real

Eles não servem café da manhã

Cons:

Quando eu cheguei, ao invés de "Seja bem-vindo" o atendente me recebeu com: "O senhor sabe que sua reserva é sem café da manhã, certo?". Havia muito barulho nos corredores. A moça da limpeza ouvindo música no celular. Nem sabonte eles disponibilizam
