Me surpreendeu positivamente. Hotel bem conservado, com instalações confortaveis, boa localização, limpo, ótimo café

Cons:

Acho que é uma coisa do pessoal do MS, só senti falta de informações sobre a região por parte da recepção. Não é nada que desabone o atendimento ou o hotel
Ah, e acho que o ar condicionado é central, não dá para regular no quarto

Cons:

As meninas da limpeza simplesmente esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto e depois pediram desculpas. Isso é inadmissível num hotel com essa estrutura.

Pros:

O café da manhã é simples, porém satisfatório. Os quartos são amplos e bem conservados, e a equipe presta um atendimento de excelente qualidade.

Cons:

Não gostei do ar-condicionado, que é antigo e bastante barulhento. Embora funcione e refrigere, apresenta demora no resfriamento e ruído excessivo. Também não agradou o lanche oferecido, considerando o valor de R$ 40,00 por um x-filé mignon de tamanho muito reduzido. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, embora se apresente limpa e bem conservada.
