Comer e dormir com satisfação!
Pros:

Do café da manhã: muito variado, atendendo a todos os gostos. Também, o ar condicionado novo no quarto fez toda a diferença. O edredom branco e cheiroso fez o sono ficar mais relaxante. E, finalmente, o caldo quente no bistrô ao entardecer; muito gostoso!

Um dos poucos quartos que ainda não foram reformados, Banheiro todo descascando, ar condicionado bem fraco e barulhento. Cortina sem ser black out quarto ficava super claro. Limpeza tbm deixou muito a desejar, além de demora no serviço de quarto que foi concluído 14h após muito pedir pra agilizar pois precisávamos nos arrumar pra um casamento (detalhe saímos do quarto 9:30h e quando foi 11:50 pedimos pela primeira vez prioridade pois tínhamos horário). Ainda sim as toalhas só foram repostas 14:40 após pedir mais de uma vez e a atendente da recepção ser bem mal educada na resposta.

Da recepção no check-in e do atendimento telefônico da segunda vez que liguei quando tive que alterar um hospede.

Cons:

Da pessoa que me atendeu no meu primeiro contato quando tive problema com o check-in. Sem vontade de atender e deu instrução errada. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, bolo gelado, granola e pão de queijo duros, não tinha colher, entre outros.
