Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar — os funcionários foram despreparados, pouco receptivos e não demonstraram interesse em resolver os problemas que surgiram durante a estadia. Esperava muito mais cordialidade e profissionalismo. Não recomendo e certamente não voltarei.
