A gastronomia superou demais nossas expectativas

O tamanho do quarto não agradou. Gostaríamos que fosse maior e que tivesse mais superfícies para apoiar roupas e objetos pessoais. A área externa poderia ser mais bem aproveitada e convidativa.

Cama confortável, almoço e jantar excelentes, funcionários muito educados e prestativos DURANTE a hospedagem.
Nao informaram no checkin que tínhamos o carrinho a disposição para ir até o chalé, nos fazendo caminhar com mala um bom pedaço.
Piso do chalé está um pouco desgastado, precisa de manutenção.
Algumas áreas do resort parece que falta manutenção e equipe para cuidar, como o ginásio. No primeiro dia, ficou o dia todo com garrafas e lixos no local, sem retirada. E também faltou toalha na piscina, no período da noite.
Tentamos usar as bicicletas e tivemos problemas com 3 delas, o que nos fez desistir.
Esquecemos alguns pertences, como top e camiseta de academia, e não foi encontrado depois, sendo que a comunicação nesse momento foi bem ruim, deixando a desejar. A impressão que tivemos é que não se importaram com isso, totalmente diferente durante o período de estadia.

Ótimas instalações, comida boa e bem feita, principalmente as sobremesas. Muito contato com a natureza e ótimos funcionários.
Recepção confusa principalmente para ajudar com as atividades disponíveis. Confundiram todas atividades que agendamos e não parecem conhecer as atividades.
Hotel excelente. Muito confortável, aconchegante e limpo. Com ótimas opções de atrações para fazer com a família.
Não há cavalo disponível para todos os hóspedes e isso não nos foi informado no check in. Meu filhos ficaram com vontade.
Outro ponto: na maior parte do tempo preferimos caminhar. No entanto no check out solicitamos o carrinho para pegarem as malas, e isso demorou um pouco.
Many activities for children. Trails to walk, and zip lines to go down, with beautiful view, very adventurous. Bikes available to borrow at any time. Indoor and outdoor pools available. Gym and sports gymnasium available as well as games room. There are horses available for horseback riding. At night there's a bonfire with marshmallows to roast on the fire. The rooms in the bungalows are a bit far from the reception/restaurant and all activities are far too, but there's a golf cart service available to pick up upon request. There's a lake where activities are held such as fishing and canoeing. The indoor swimming pool is nice, as well as the warm jacuzzi. We went in winter so it's good that there's a pool to use even in the cold weather.
The room I stayed in was in the main house, (one double bed, for a couple) it was very small and dark. No decorations on the walls, made it look bare, and quite claustrophobic. There's a nice deck to walk out on when the sliding doors are open, but no view, it's all closed off by a huge wall. Although it's an outdoor deck, it feels very constricted. The bathroom has no ventilation whatsoever, and there was mould on all the walls. Very dark too. Little lighting overall. The indoor swimming pool has a changing room with shower, but there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash available in that area. And not even liquid soap for washing hands on the sink area! They should rethink that and make it available for customers, since in the rooms the shampoo/conditioner/soap are all in a dispenser mounted on the wall, so there's not even an option to take it there. They can put the same shampoo etc. mounted in the wall there too as an option for whoever needs to shower there. Because it was winter we wanted to shower and change into warm clothes there so we wouldn't go out wet in the cold weather.

Pouquíssimas opções, deveriam optar mais pelo trivial e dar mais opções.
Sempre tinha frango, carne e peixe, porém a opção do chefe não agradava os hóspedes.

The only (minor) complaint I have is it felt like the hotel was taken over by big corporate groups for 2 of the 4 days we stayed, which was a pity as it was very clear that the hotel staff were prioritising them as opposed to families. For example after my 2 year did a fabulous horse riding lesson we had to wait 40mins for the car to pick us up as it was busy with a group(too far to walk with a 2 year old). Another example was at lunch where the hotel manager/events coordinator rudely interrupted a waitress who was bringing water for us telling her the group were the priority (we were waiting 15mins under hot sun for water for our son). If a big group comes in, there should be enough staff to look after everyone, especially as they pitch it as a family resort
The food was amazing. The personnel super nice and helpful. Also the design of the hotel is really great.
Nothing to complain about. There is plenty to do in the hotel and it's a great experience for kids and adults.
