Pros:

O hotel é excelente, boa localização, quartos limpos e organizados, café da manhã apetitoso, funcionários gentis e educados, nada a reclamar, recomendo a todos!

Cons:

Paguei uma multa por fumar no quarto, eu errei, regras são regras, a lei é para ser cumprida, se quiser fumar tem que ir ao estacionamento (o que fiz depois da aplicação da multa de R$ 100,00), não há nada a reclamar do hotel, só a elogiar.

Para o que eu precisava, a estadia atendeu perfeitamente às minhas expectativas.

Fui a trabalho e o hotel atendeu perfeitamente às minhas necessidades. Fiquei apenas uma noite e não buscava luxo, mas sim uma boa localização.

A região é muito prática: há mercado, hortifruti, academia e restaurantes a menos de 8 minutos de caminhada, o que facilitou bastante a estadia.

O hotel em si também correspondeu às expectativas: café da manhã simples, porém satisfatório, limpeza impecável e quarto confortável e tranquilo.

Vi alguns comentários sobre a segurança do bairro, mas, na minha experiência, não percebi nada que indicasse insegurança. A rua é bem movimentada, e me senti segura durante toda a estadia.

Recomendo, especialmente para quem busca praticidade e boa localização.

Cons:

O hotel não possui elevador, o que é um ponto importante a ser considerado, principalmente para quem está com malas ou tem alguma limitação de mobilidade. Além disso, ao chegar, notei um cheiro forte de produto de limpeza, embora não tenha sido algo insuportável ou que tenha comprometido a estadia.

De forma muito respeitosa: havia muito pouco papel higiênico, apenas um rolinho incompleto.
Também não há lugar para colocar a escova de dentes, apenas na tampa do vaso sanitário.
E, ao mesmo tempo, o quarto é apresentado como de conforto superior.
Sinceramente, é um lugar adequado apenas para passar uma noite.
