Pros:

Hotel extremamente charmoso com uma arquitetura bastante peculiar e interessante. Garagem segura e bom café da manhã. O atendimento foi cordial. Localização muito boa para quem deseja acessar o centro da cidade caminhando.

Cons:

O quarto, a despeito de limpo e confortável, carecia de algumas melhorias. O banheiro, embora adequadamente higienizado, era velho e deveria ser reformado.

It was great!
Pros:

Location is excellent. The hotel keeps its original caracteristics as a listed building should do, including most of the furniture. It has increased the facilities with a lift right from the parking area, which was also added recently. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Perhaps breakfast could be improved with more fresh fruits and different kinds of bread.

Charme histórico
Pros:

A arquitetura modernista, os móveis da época dão um charme todo especial ao hotel. O staff é muito educado e atencioso e as acomodações limpas

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheirinho de mofo e o colchão era extremamente desconfortável.

1950's charm close to everything.
Pros:

The hotel is very simple, but clean, and has a 1950's charm with interesting architecture, a swimming pool, a little forest in the back, and the location is excellent, right next to shops, the main square, historic attractions. Staff was super nice, breakfast very good with fresh fruit and cakes. Having free parking is definitely a plus!

Cons:

The hotel is being slowly renovated, some rooms have renovated bathrooms, others not. Good to ask beforehand.

Vale a pena conhecer!
Pros:

Maravilhosa localização e arquitetura! Ao lado do Santuário de Santa Rita de Cássia que também vale a pena visitar, maravilhosa arquitetura e painés de pintura.

Cons:

Acredito que o hotel, por ser tão crucial na história da arquitetura brasileira, deveria ser melhor conservado. Nossa pia do banheiro tinha um gotejamento.

Piscina suja, filtro da piscina queimado, não pude nadar com o calor de 38 graus, instalação bem antiga, colchão muito duro, banheiro antigo, funcionário do check-in com muita pouca vontade de mostrar os quartos, me colocou no pior quarto , depois de viajar várias horas, eu e minha esposa com mais de 60 anos, ficamos chateados, café da manhã muito fraco, ar condicionado pelo menos estava funcionando bem, estava silencioso
