Foi um experiência razoável. Precisa melhorar.
Pros:

O quarto está reformado.

Cons:

Reservei cama de casal me deram 2 de solteiro. Travesseiros muito duros e altos, precisei fazer um com a coberta e o lençol. Muito barulho da rua logo cedinho. Área da recepção e primeiro lance deixa má impressão por falta de organização e cuidados.

A Localização

Cons:

Limpeza não teve em nenhum dia de hospedagem, os lixos ficaram desde o primeiro dia da hospedagem até o último, tinha até barata no quarto. Muita má vontade dos funcionários, o melhor é o Lucas. O único ponto bom é a localização do hotel.

Pros:

O hotel é próximo do centro da cidade próximo de mercado barzinhos legal.
Quarto São limpos e agradável tem tv , o chuveiro é bem gostoso tem uma queda boa de água.

Cons:

Hotel deixa a desejar em algumas questões uma pessoa com comodidade já não tem acesso só escadas não tem elevador.
Os quartos até espaços mas não tem cadeira pra pode se alimentar no quarto nem trabalha no notebook.
Poderia ter um frigobar toalhas de rosto e saboneteira nos quartos.
Tem ventilador de teto mas mesmo assim tava muito quente dentro do quarto.
Poderia ter ou ar condicionado ou ventilador extra.
A equipe que fica na portaria muito educados.
A outra sugestão é ter um banheiro pra quem aguarda no Hall para entrada do check-in ou aguarda um pouco após o check out .
