Acessibilidade
Pros:

Limpeza, qualidade das camas e atendimento.

Cons:

Uma manutenção preventiva poderia evitar o não funcionamento do elevador. Minha mãe tem prótese nos dois joelhos e teve que subir e descer três andares devido a falta do elevador funcionando. Acessibilidade e mobilidade são indispensáveis num ambiente como esse.

Hotel antigo mas muito melhor conservado e bem cuidado que vários hotéis mais modernos
Pros:

Hotel antigo mas muito bem conservado, sendo que o banheiro foi reformado e está como novo. Limpeza impecável. Chuveiro e cama bons, quarto amplo e confortável, várias tomadas disponíveis, luminária na cama, café da manhã com boa variedade de ítens e estacionamento coberto sem custo extra.
De se destacar o atendimento do recepcionista Caíque, muito atencioso e prestativo.

Cons:

O estacionamento não é no hotel, mas também não é longe, uns 250 metros. Mas isso só seria problema em caso de dias chuvosos, pois para chegar ao estacionamento é só atravessar a praça ao lado do hotel.

Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Não tenha nada a reclamar, gostei do local, mesmo estando em obras, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã ótimo. A única sugestão é mudar o horário do bar aos domingos, deixar ele aberto até um pouco mais tarde seria ótimo.
