Localização ótima, conforto precário
Pros:

A localização é incrível, no Coração turístico e da balada do Reviver, apesar de um pouco perigoso nos arredores. Dá pra aproveitar todas as atrações do Reviver, museus, comércio, artesanato, bem como a vida noturna. O beliche tem um bom locker, cama confortável. O casarão tem uma bela fachada. Wi-fi ok.

Cons:

O banheiro deixa muito a desejar, falta mangueirinha, o chão do chuveiro tinha umas larvas estranhas, tem a marca de privada anterior.. Falta mais conforto na área comum, o quarto fica num aquário de vidro com pouca privacidade. Faltam tomadas e ventiladores, já que desligam o ar condicionado. Faltam espelhos. Dá pra melhorar com um pouco de investimento.
Não deu BO, mas deveriam melhorar controle de quem entra e sai. Achei a segurança muito frágil na portaria.
