Location is really good

Cons:

I think in a couple of months it may be a great place, but when we stayed there the main floor was under construction and I don't mean small renovation... It was a construction site, therefore the rooms on the first floor were full of dust and they couldn't offer basic services like breakfast although they advertise it... Overall was not a nice experience that I could recommend... I understand that hotels need to do some renovations during low season but for such a big renovation they should close or at least let you know in advance

Os funcionários são maravilhosos e bem atenciosos.

Cons:

Teve um mal entendido na minha hospedagem, tentei resolver mas não teve flexibilidade para resolver o meu problema, paguei pela hospedagem sem está lá, tive que procurar outro local.

A dona em si, super arrogante e mal educada, com os hóspedes e principalmente com os funcionários, não mede a língua pra falar de forma arrogante com eles na frente dos hóspedes (deixa o ambiente pesado)

Excelente localização caso esteja no centro. A equipe sempre muito atenciosa. os quartos coletivos estavam em reforma o que implica melhorias futuras

Cons:

No quarto senti falta de guarda-roupa ou algo semelhante como uma cômoda. Com capacidade para até 5 pessoas alguns cabideiros de chão ajudariam para ter onde pendurar as roupas, pois a colocação de algum móvel implicaria na retirada de uma cama e diminuiria a capacidade para 4 pessoas.
