Bom Hotel
Pros:

Instalações do hotel bem legal. Conta com piscina, sauna e hidromassagem. Café da manhã é um ponto forte do hotel também! Muito bem servido. Limpeza também é um ponto muito positivo.

Cons:

Alguns quartos tem AC de janela ainda, que faz mais barulho no quarto. Pedi para trocar para um quarto que tivesse split que por sinal são novos. Necessita padronizar.

Duas noites de terror. Ficamos sem dormir

Colchão horrível , mole d velho
As roupas de cama( lençol ) saia facilmente do colchão , as cobertas também são ruins.
Travesseiro alto
Deixamos as chaves na recepção as 10:00 e fomos para um passeio , no retorno, as 15 horas o quarto ainda estava sujo. Nao trocaram nem as toalhas.
Duas noites horríveis
Se você é sensível a barulho, não se hospede lá .

Barulho da rua é simplesmente impossível de dormir.
As janelas não tem isolamento
Pior experiência possível.

O café da manhã é muito bem servido e com uma vista maravilhosa.O Atendimento é bom e principalmente o estcionamento, pois em Ouro Preto a pouco locais na cidade para estacionar.

Hotel muitíssimo bom

Cons:

Meu carro sofreu uma avaria na lateral causado por um outro veículo o qual estava no hotel. Fui perceber ao chegar em casa. Entrei em contato com o hotel (funcionário) e não tive nenhum retorno.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado,quarto amplo,arejado,tudo excelente.Cafe da manhã muito bom,a localização é boa,mas um pouco longe do centro histórico,de carro tranquilo,a pé distante.Mas vale a pena a hospedagem.Adorei e recomendo!!!
