O estacionamento é em terreno ao lado e não coberto, o acesso ao hotel é somente por uma escadaria apertada, o ar condicionado (modelo antigo) é barulhento, a cama de casal é muito desconfortável (o colchão está revestido com couro/plástico que não prende o lençol) além da cama ser de concreto e o contorno saliente. O banheiro, apesar de ter box, é bem pequeno.
