Localização excelente, pois está ao lado do rio e a poucos metros do hot park.

Cons:

O apartamento que ficamos estava muito defasado, sabemos que os apartamentos tem diferença entre eles, mas a estrutura está ficando a desejar. Não tinha talheres e pratos, nem cadeiras, precisamos revezar o uso, suficientes para a quantidade de pessoas que foi alugado. Tivemos problema com o frigobar e solicitamos o concerto, porém a pessoa que nos alugou não resolveu, enrolou e não foi nem olhar, quem for alugar fica esperto. Existe várias empresas que são responsáveis pelos aluguéis. O pessoal da recepção nem sabia responder ao perguntarmos se o restaurante funcionaria a noite, simplesmente disse que não sabia, sendo que depois ficamos sabendo que ele nunca abre. Como uma pessoa que trabalha no local não teria essa informação,

amazing place. just only enough sleeping space for four - not six.

the river. and hot park.

Cons:

the sofa bed didn’t work and there was a paper thin mattress available to sleep on. no mention that this was not working - especially as we were staying for three nights. not acceptable.
also, no glasses or drinking utensils for one (let alone six) people.
