Everything was excellent! Staff were very nice and helpful!
The property is very good!
The rooms were clean, the facilities were great. The view was gorgeous.
1. During checkout, the staff charged us for extra bed when there was no extra bed provided. Even after confirming with the hotel beforehand, we were charged. The checkout process escalated and the manager intervened after which things were sorted. Did not like the check out process.
2. The breakfast was included at part of the package. However, in the breakfast menu, certain items that were listed under the package were still charged creating a violation of what was being said vs. being actually there.
Location was great. Room had a very good view. Clean room. Friendly staff.
Provided us a wifi password, but net was never available on that connection. Hot water trickled out very slowly, and even that wasn’t available later in the evening. Despite confirming two days in advance that they would arrange a taxi (at 2.25 times the market rate) to pick us up from Paro airport, no one showed up, and when we called, it turned out they had completely forgotten about the arrangement.

The rooms are large and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Breakfast was not very good, and I had to remind the staff of the basics.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Osel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal. Not too far from the city center, but very quiet.

Room in 2nd floor ajacent to street is noisy.
Floor is not clean. I noticed that don't mopp the floor. Just sweeping doesn't remove the dirt!
Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Sharmila at the reception and Tina in the restaurant were considerate and eager to please going out of their way with suggestions and explanations. View from the rooms was beautiful.
Quality of food in the restaurant could be better. Choice was rather limited. Items like jam, butter would get finished quickly. This can be easily improved.
