Treetops Hotel

Good location in the quieter part of the island. All the main attractions on the island are walkable however the hotel provides bikes for free to use. Audre was extremely helpful communicating with us before our arrival and aswell during our staff, offering tips and advice. Rooms are comfortable, have hot showers and good air conditioning. Small pool outside which was lovely to spend time in around sunset.

Alles ziet er peikfijn uit - enorm aardige hostess en ze had voor mijn verjaardag de heerlijkste taart en bubbels geregeld - ook zeer flexibel en oprecht geinteresseerd. We mochten ook nog uur later uitchecken - alles schoon ennetjes en ruime kamer - gewoon helemaal goed !

I loved the swimming pool, although I am usually not a big lover of swimming pool but in this case it was important since you cannot really swim in the sea (no beaches despite the photos).
Audre was very helpful and customer service was great.
The hotel has got free bikes for guests which also made the holiday great as we could explore the northern island.

We ourselves did not have the nicest room (at the ground floor facing the pool) but the property as a whole was nice; quiet surrounding but not far from everything;
Friendly staff

Wonderful place, located in the quiet part of Caye Caulker. Room was very comfortable, with beautiful balcony and nice view. Reception was very helpful - they helped us to arrange snorkelling and transport to the airport.

Pool und Dachterrasse waren wirklich super!

The place was nice, beds and pillows were great. There was drinkable water near the reception room to refill your water bottle. Staff very friendly. Audre, the manager was very responsive. There were bikes available to use. Rooftop was very comfy with a nice view.

Todd found it very clean, friendly staff, and liked the pool. Grounds were well maintained.

Loved my room. Audre reached out to me after I requested to up grade to the same room I booked for our friends if it came available. She explained that she didn’t have another room like theirs available but suggested a different room then what I booked if I was looking for more ocean view. I loved the room she moved us to. Such attention to detail. The hotel is so well maintained, it looks like it has just been painted. Pool was clean and nicely appointed on the property, private with lots of sun. Umbrella’s for shade. Grounds very well maintained and pleasant to look at. Location is excellent. Restaurants and entertainment with in a short walking distance. We will definitely stay again if we return. El hotel era bonito y limpio pero muy caro para lo que es te ofrece playa privada y no es cierto enfrente la playa es demasiado sucia imposible meterse a ella, tiene muy mal olor la playa frente al hotel

A beautifully styled modern hotel with a small pool and very comfortable bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms. Very helpful and attentive reception service.

Clean, comfortable

Location was central, very comfortable apartment, pool was small but not crowded during our stay. We borrowed bikes to get around, which was fun!

Had a wonderful stay!! Staff was amazing, our room was so comfortable, the beds were great. We loved the pool. It was so clean, and the staff was so accommodating, they helped us book taxi’s and tours. They were also very accommodating to our kiddo. The free bikes were great, and the location was a few minute walk from everything. It was perfect.
