Fine accommodation for a one night stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and functional for a one night stay.

Cons:

Could hear other visitors (quite clearly) in the hall and was a little rowdy late at night. Also quite loud air conditioning/ motor during the night (outside the room).

Modern, clean, comfortable and value for money.
Pros:

Very accommodating for us while we worked overnight and needed to catch some early morning sleep. They let us check out on the last day late so we could be fresh before driving.

Cons:

Just the stairs to get up are a killer lol

Value for money. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff member told us we'd have to go back to Launceston for dinner as there was nothing open in Longford. We just got a pack of chips and some jerky at the bar after unpacking our bags. We then found the pizza shop was closing in 10 minutes. Bar staff ordered pizza. We were too late.

Will never stay there again.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Horrible location, car park was full and hard to access when we got there (around 3pm). We had clean sheets on the bed. Pillows were old and horrible. The whole room was filthy. Bed head had a thick layer of dust. Bathroom floor was dirty. Microwave was dirty. Wasn’t game to even make a cuppa. The tea, coffee and sugar canisters were dirty inside. Quite a few holes in the walls.

Lovely little town of Longford
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room. With plates, cutlery, fridge and microwave. Working air con too.
Nice pub downstairs and great recommendation to try the Sticky beak cafe across the road
Easy access to room ( up stairs)
Quiet even on busy nights

Cons:

Limited parking when the pub is busy

A great place for a couple of nights in a lovely, friendly town.
Pros:

The location was good. Right in the middle of the main street of Longford and only 20 mins into Launceston. There was parking available on site and I could walk to get food, etc. It is a bar so there was a little bit of noise but nothing to disturb me. I also liked having a window that I could open to get some fresh air into the room. Everything was very clean. The check in and out process was easy.

Cons:

Not something I didn't like, but the room doors were a bit squeaky and I was hoping that I didn't disturb others as I left early in the morning.

Cons:

I did not stay at property, found alternative accomodation in Perth.
Entered into carpark which was full at 2pm on arrival, a gravel area with no allocated parking spaces.
Entered via garden bar into a bar half full of loud and drunk people.
Waited at bar for staff assistance but was ignored by lady at bar who was too busy conversing with a person at the bar.
Looked around at the clientale, the lack of cleanliness, carpark situation and decided not to stay.
