Местоположение . Я осталась очень довольна этим отелем в Баку! В первую очередь хочу отметить идеальное местоположение — оно просто отличное. Рядом находятся известные места, где снимали фильм «Бриллиантовая рука» и другие фильмы, что добавляет особую атмосферу и интерес к прогулкам.

Отдельно хочу поблагодарить персонал — они действительно на высшем уровне. Меня очень тепло встретили, помогли с багажом и быстро заселили. Все сотрудники были внимательные, вежливые и всегда готовы помочь.

Отдельно хочу поблагодарить İlham очень добрые и приветливый молодой человек. Помог мне вызвать такси и чемоданами.

Отель оставил только положительные впечатления, обязательно вернусь снова и буду рекомендовать другим!

Ночью было шумно именно в отеле . Оказывается высшее этажом был ресторан. Они там убирались двигали мебель

Otel çok pisti, yatak kırıktı. Temizlik 2 gün boyunca yapılmadı. Asla tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir otel oldu sadece merkeze yakın konumuydu diğer türlü kesinlikle hiç memnun kalmadık.

Ideal location for your visit to Baku. Being within the walled old city added to our holiday stay.
Pros:

Comfortable room situated within the walls of the old city. Breakfast location on the rooftop was a nice bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

Very bad experience at this hotel. We stayed here because our flight was cancelled and we had no other option, but the staff took advantage of the situation. They charged us extra money and refused to provide a proper bill or receipt.

The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. One female staff member in particular treated us very badly and spoke in a disrespectful manner.

Guests who are already stressed due to flight cancellations should be treated with understanding, not exploited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the poor service, lack of transparency in pricing, and disrespectful attitude towards guests.

Местоположение отеля очень хорошее, удобное, прямо напротив метро Ичеришехер, внутри Старого Города. Номера чистые, кровать удобная, в ванной все работает, в номере присутствует всё необходимое для проживания. Также на один этаж выше присутствует ресторан, с вкусными завтраками и доступными ценами. Советую для тех, кто хочет сэкономить и одновременно получить хорошее проживание

Pros:

Отличный отель в центре города. Отзывчивый персонал , отвечали на все наши вопросы , помогли с ранним заездом заселиться в номер, все было на высочайшем уровне. Ресепшене заслуживает отдельного внимания. Номер компактный , удобная постель и подушки. В отеле вкусный ресторан с разнообразными завтраками.
Исключительно советую.
