Apart room conditions the stay was good.
Pros:

Location was very good. We especially liked the coffee and breakfast. Also the idea of cinema watch under open air is very good, but unfortunately the weather was rainy, so that the movie watch was stopped due to weather conditions.

Cons:

We were really disappointed with cleanliness of the room, the bed linens are dirty. In some points may be it is not the fault of the staff, but it seems the total building needs refreshment, especially bathrooms, and linens+ towels are needed to renovated. Furniture also.

Pros:

Готель розташований у мальовничому місці в Ілісу, навколо ліс і дуже гарний краєвид на гори. Загалом розташування непогане, а самі сніданки цілком середні та нормальні.

Cons:

Організація: При заїзді виникла проблема — нашу резервацію не бачили в системі, довелося деякий час чекати на вирішення питання.
Дитяче ліжечко: Попри попереднє узгодження в резервації (ми повідомляли про малу дитину та запитували ліжечко), його нам так і не надали.
Сервіс та приватність: Прибиральниця намагалася зайти в номер без стуку, що було вкрай неприємно. Також були проблеми з питною водою, довелося окремо просити, хоча її мали б надавати без нагадувань.
Інфраструктура: Розташування над дорогою створює шум. Територія маленька, не рівна (під нахилом), що небезпечно для маленьких дітей, до того ж немає дитячого майданчика. Готель підходить лише для ночівлі, бо цікавих активностей на місці немає.
Сніданки: Столиків не вистачає на всіх гостей — доводиться чекати, поки звільниться місце.

Местоположение красивое

Cons:

Нам не понравился отель. Нету санитории. Нам не дали пастельное бельё,а когда его принелси через час он был использован. Нам пришлось ждать заселения 3 часа только из-за того, что персонал безответсвенно отнесся к соблюдению правил выезда предыдущих постояльцев. В номерах было грязно. На столах номеров были следы грязи. Уборщица оставила нам несвежое и рваное постельное бельё.В целом впечетления остались неудовлетворительными.

Наша первая поездка в Гах / Илису и мы в восторге от красоты этого места!!! Must visit! Провели 3 дня в отеле "Yurd", вид из номера просто фантастический, персонал очень дружелюбный, готовый всегда прийти на помощь.
Номера очень просторные, правда, косметический ремонт не помешал бы, но это никоим образом не сказалось на общем впечатлении от пребывания в этом отеле! Спасибо за гостеприимство!

The view from our room was fantastic.

Cons:

When I come back to this place I would definitely choose to stay on the opposite side because it was noisy and loud till late night.
