Overly enjoyed the stay and so did our children.
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

That the swipe key was not working most times and we had to keep trying many times to get in.

Everything! Fantastic location, nice and quiet. Modern updated apartment.
Only thing - block out blinds/curtains would have been fantastic…

Spacious

Cons:

We found glass shards inside thw house - hotel staff did not care and only did an additional vacuum. Baffled at this response for a supposedly 5 star place.

Kitchen supplies inadequate for a place withour service. No kitchen sponge, not mitts, only provided 3 dishwasher tablets.

The house backs into the golf course and kids canr play in the yard until end of day (the house is so close a golf ball hit our roof).

Not good value for money for what ir is.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean, our sheets and towels were dirty, the shower sprayed all over the bathroom so the floor was soaking wet all the time

It was lovely, peaceful and relaxing.
Pros:

It was clean, plenty of room for the kids with nice close amenities.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but felt we were intruding on the locals who are mostly retired and used their buggies to travel around the area. I understand the area attracts a lot of golfers, but perhaps the buggy riders can learn to use the road or widen the footpaths to accommodate the safety of all.

Peaceful and relaxing with attentive staff though maintenance and cleaning could do with some attent
Pros:

We’ll set out, quiet and peaceful, villa had everything we needed.
Restaurants good and staff in restaurants and reception excellent and attentive.

Cons:

There were things that indicated some neglect. The foyer area, and stairs to villa and verandahs were not clean, there was a robe missing in one room, locks were not easy to close on balcony door, the garage opener wasn’t working ( though lady from reception was obliging in coming immediately to replace it) there was a mouldy hand towel in machine which I only noticed after I did some washing.obviously previous tenant must have left it there. So maintenance and checks not up to scratch.

Perfect large modern apartment for our family weekend
Pros:

Large modern comfortable fully equipped apartment. The two bathrooms were great for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable. Great location right across the road from Nineteen & Mezze restaurants. Close to golf club & wineries.
