Pros:

Hele mooie, ruime kamer. Prachtige tuin met heel veel mooie bloemen. Parking bij hotel, schitterende uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Vooral de kwaliteit van de broodjes was niet super. Te warm in ontbijtzaal, airco zou welkom geweest zijn. (zoals op de kamer waar het prima was , ondanks de hitte)

Heerlijk. Komen graag terug.
Pros:

Karaktervol, kleurrijk door de vele bloemen, fris door airco, mooie omgeving met veel parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Jammer dat we geen mini-bar op de slaapkamer hadden.
Haardroger deed het niet meer na 1-2 minuutjes? (Vergeten melden).

Cons:

Some access issues - steps to climb to enter the building; no lift - had to drag bags up multiple flights of stairs. When we checked in later than expected, the person on staff was not very happy with us.

De charme van het gebouw. Een uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

De minimalisatie van de kamers. De combinatie van chique van het interieur in het restaurant zo zonde dat dat niet terug te vinden is in de kamers. Hoofdend van het bed waren twee pallets.Badkamer klein en onhandig in bad douchen.

Visita a Malmedy
Pros:

L'hotel si trova appena fuori il centro di Malmedy in una zona residenziale poco trafficata e immersa nel verde.
Devo dire che ho avuto subito una bella impressione , gia' dall'accoglienza lo staff è stato subito gentile e premuroso.
Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e silenziose in stile con il fabbricato non nuovissimo ma tenuto bene.
E' stato veramente piacevole cenare nel loro ristorante in un ambiente tranquillo e soprattutto cibo veramente buonissimo!
Complimenti allo chef!
Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornarvi, sicuramente ci tornerò!

Locatie en ambiance zijn OK in een oude kapel
Ook de kamer en badkamer voldeden ruim
Het ontbijt was voldoende

Cons:

Het restaurant.
Minpunten:
-de menukaart was uitsluitend in het Frans; dit kan anno 2026 echt niet in z'n locatie !
-de communicatie met het personeel verliep eveneens moeizaam wegens taalproblemen (geen Engels).
-het personeel was absoluut NIET klantvriendelijk en niet alert.

Un petit moment de bonheur dans un cadre très agréable

Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischen Produkten.
Wir haben auch zu Abend gegessen. Die Gerichte waren hervorragend. Die Plätze des Restaurants im Garten sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat Schließtage. In der Umgebung an diesen Tagen ein eben so gutes Restaurant zu finden, ist schwierig.
