La ubicación y q dispongan de 3 parcelas de aparcamiento

Cons:

a pesar de que teníamos el desayuno contratado el primer día no pudimos desayunar y el segundo, como nos quejamos, pues no trajeron el desayuno en la a la habitación. para tomar desayuno, no hay sitio, habitación, y lo tuvimos que tomar encima de la tabla de planchar que estaba rota.

Die Lage ist super genial, mitten im Zentrum!

Cons:

Es gibt leider keinen Lift, somit mit großem Koffer sehr mühsam wenn man in den oberen Stockwerken schläft.

Frühstück war leider SEHR mager, da gibt es definitiv Verbesserungspotential!

Great central location and good price, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
Pros:

The hotel has an ideal location in the city center, very close to everything, and the price was good for this area. The hotel looks modern, which is nice. The staff were also very responsive: when we noticed an issue with the room access card and the room cleanliness, they quickly offered to help and clean the room.

Cons:

There were several practical issues. Parking near the hotel is not realistic, so I would not recommend counting on that, it is better to reserve parking with the hotel in advance if possible. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, so carrying luggage to the 4th floor was quite difficult. The small room is really small (only 13 m²) and this made the stay less comfortable.

The room was also not cleaned properly before our arrival: there were leftovers from previous guests’ breakfast and chewing gum near the bathroom sink. The breakfast was very basic: coffee, one plain croissant or a traditional Bulgarian cheese pastry, and soda. It is a nice small addition, but I would not pay extra for such breakfast. There was also a mistake with our access card, which was set for 1 day instead of 2. We noticed it accidentally on the paper attached to the card and contacted the hotel to fix it.

The hotel is pleasant and located in a very convenient spot, right at the beginning of the main street. A parking space had been reserved for me, which was very helpful. Although the room was small, it was functional and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, although I personally did not like the coffee.

Cons:

Since the hotel is located on a central boulevard, it can be a bit noisy. The window frame did not seal properly, so throughout my stay I had the feeling that the window was open, even though it was not. The surface that was supposed to be used as a desk was broken. Also, the bathroom door did not seal well, so some water leaked slightly into the room.

Изключително добро местоположение, в самото сърце на града.
Сервираха ни закуската директно в стаята (като комплимент по програмата Genius). Кафе и топъл кроасан - беше чудесно и много мило!
Има 3 паркоместа към хотела, които са налични при възможност - за нас бяха, и се чувствахме много спокойни.

Cons:

Хотелът има само виртуална рецепция, тоест няма персонал - добре е да се отбележи някъде, за да се знае предварително.
Няма асансьори и стълбището е доста тесничко - да се има предвид за хора с големи куфари

Чудесен хотел с прекрасна локация.
Pros:

Локацията е чудесна, уютно и чисто. Има всичко от което се нуждаеш. Стаята беше малка, но така беше обзаведена, че имаше всичко нужно и дори повече. Имахме закуска, която ни беше донесена до стаята в посочен от нас час, което беше много приятно. Домакинът беше отзивчив и ни съдейства с паркирането.
