Хотелът е чист,уютен и добре отоплен,при положение,че навън беше минус 9 градуса.Стаите са с подово отопление.Матракът на леглото беше много удобен,възглавниците-също.Храната,включена в пакета, е по избор от менюта,помислено е и за вегетарианците,но можете да си поръчате и на място.Мекиците на закуска са чудесни,като от едно време.Басейнът е топъл,от една тръба непрекъснато тече гореща вода и водата се обновява.Чудесно е при толкова студено време навън да се отпуснеш в прекрасната минерална вода,още повече,че басейнът е покрит и няма опасност да ви духа студен вятър.Персоналът на хотела е много експедитивен и си върши отлично работат,за което благодарим.Бихве препоръчали този хотел на всеки,който отсяда в Чифлик.

Единствено телевизорите не са с добра картина,но може би проблемът е от местната кабелна телевизия.
