Pros:

Очень просторный, красивый и чистый номер, большая кровать, хороший текстиль. Порадовал комплимент от отеля фрукты и вино. Бассейн с приятной температурой воды, хорошие сауны. Воспользовались услугами прачечной, поразила скорость, утром оставили в номере пакет, вернувшись с прогулки получили все выстиранным и отутюженным. Завтраки стандартные, на ужин очень вкусный десерт торт мороженое

Cons:

1. Если возвращаться с прогулок поздно, парковку придется поискать
2, При регистрации нас не предупредили что и при полупансионе ужин надо заказывать как в ресторане, поэтому мы очень удивились увидев только салаты, официантки не обращали на нас внимания, а когда мы сели за стол, принесли нам меню с ценами. Наше недоумение заметил официант Наско, объяснил, принес другое меню и обслуживал нас все 6 дней, за что мы ему очень благодарны

Pros:

The spa center was very good. Clean and with a lot of facilities.

Cons:

The service was terrible. Having in mind that this is 5 star hotel, the service was bellow any standards. Wrong orders, dirty cutlery, not professional attitude etc. the AC in our room was broken I informed the reception desk, but w/o any results.

Pros:

The spa, location, the room was great

Cons:

Breakfast is too crowded.the staff is not prepared and from 9 a.m. not much left. Service was not good.

The hotel employees were very polite.
The room was nice and clean.
The hotel facilities were clean and in order.
Beautiful view from the bar on the 4-th floor.

Cons:

The food was not that good.
There was not enough parking space in the hotel parking, but there was a close free alternative, which was ok.

Персоналът беше страхотен и обслужването, както и СПА центъра

Cons:

Удобствата в стаята - телевизорът не беше смарт,
Някой копчета не работеха на дистанционното и каналите бяха 20тина / кафе машината не работеше/ душ кабината беше малка и непрактична

Петзвездна ваканция - заслужава си звездите
Pros:

Много спокоен, тих и гостоприемен хотел. С много любезен и работлив персонал. В спа центъра всички съоръжения работеха, въпреки че имаше малко гости на хотела. Всичко беше чисто и поддържано. Храната беше вкусна, модерно поднесена. Закуската беше богата, имаше и местни специалитети. Отношението на персонала беше топло и любезно.

Cons:

Десертите в ресторанта не са силната им страна. Безвкусни, забъркани с не особено качествени продукти. Надявам се да се подобрят.
