Pros:

Прекрасно място! Препоръчваме с две ръце.
Голяма и просторна стая, оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Прекрасен СПА център, голямо предимство е, че има зона само за възрастни. Соленоводният басейн ни стана любим! Храната е чудесна, има разнообразни ястия. Закуската е перфектна. Нямаме забележки. Ще ви посетим отново!

Cons:

Закуската в хотела е пълен хаос - стълпотворение, от две кафе машини работи само едната, няма никого от персонала, който да контролира движението на гостите, за да не се получават тълпи пред едни и същи станции.
Вечерята повтаря същия модел, ако не е предварително предплатена - няма места за настаняване, сервитьорите не знаят накъде да насочат гостите и като нищо можете да останете гладни.

Pros:

Много уютно, чисто и добре поддържано място. Обслужването е добро, всички служители са вежливи и усмихнати. Спа центара е много добър. Басейна е много чист, има хубави сауни, парна баня и др. Храната също беше много добра.

Cons:

За съжаление бяхме там само 3 нощувки :-(

Закуската, защото не чакаш да ти я донесат

Cons:

Обслужването не отговаря за 5 звезди. В менюто за хората на свободна консумация липсваха доста от артикулите отделно от това се чака доста време за приготвяне на салати от менюто над 30 мин. Тока вечерта спря, не можаха да включат генератора.

Alles; grote uitzonderlijk propere moderne stijlvolle kamer, groot bed met rustgevende matras, groot balkon, vers gratis fruit, fles witte wijn op de tafel, perfecte kamertemperatuur, koffie/thee voorzieningen, minibar, stijlvolle grote moderne badkamer, zeer lekker restaurant/ontbijt, Wellness voorzieningen, zeer goede massage mogelijkheden, verwarmd binnenzwembad, gewoon next level...

Cons:

ietwat kleine TV op een rare plaats, geen Engelstalige filmzenders, bad/douche te klein; niet voor de grotere personen zoals ik.

Чисто, удобно, просторно.
Персонала беше мил

Cons:

Парите които заплатихме за закуска и вечеря не оправда очакванията ми.
Не ми хареса че аз трябва да си избирам на вечеря храната от меню. Порциите бяха малки и малък избор. Ако нещо от вечерята не ми хареса и не е по моя вкус не мога да си взема друго основно, имам право само на един избор.
На други места съм била досега и винаги е имало право да си вземеш няколко неща, страшно много разнообразие е имало и тези 5 звезди този хотел не ги заслужава.

Great and luxuruious escape in the Rhodope mountains
Pros:

Great hotel with many amenities. We liked both swimming pools, the breakfast and the service!

Cons:

As an improvement, I'd suggest the cleaning person to also leave fresh bottles of water and tea bags/coffee if they've been used up.
