Pros:

Central location has good bars and restaurants in close proximity. You can have a nice time for very reasonable costs. Rooms have AC, which was greatly appreciated given the heatwave in Europe at the time. Room also had a fridge.

Parking arrangements were a bit limited and only facing the street.
