We stayed at this hotel with our family and were unfortunately disappointed. When booking through Booking.com, we specifically chose a room with a double bed, but upon arrival we were told that only rooms with twin beds were available.

At check-in, we were asked to pay 20 BGN more than the price listed on Booking (105 BGN instead of 85), with the explanation that they always charge extra for a 5-year-old child — even though our reservation clearly stated two adults and one child, and the listing mentioned that children up to 5 stay free. The lady at the reception tried to make a compromise by offering a 95 BGN rate, but after explaining the situation, she eventually agreed to charge us the original price of 85 BGN as shown on Booking.

The room was small and dark, the power socket near the sofa was almost pulled out and seemed dangerous, and the bathroom was uncomfortable for showering.

nu mi s-a parut micul dejun , el neexistand, dar ce sa mai comentez dupa ce am patit cand am platit cazare cu mic dejun si nu am primit nimic la cealalta gazda, de acum ma multumesc cu cazare cu mic dejun la care nu am mic dejun dar macar exista cazarea

Pros:

Не закусвах е хотела. Но дтаята ми хареса просторна добре разположени мебели с достатъчно място без да ти се налага да гледаш да не бутнеш или спънеш в нещо. Много удобнонлегло и чисто спално бельо и хавлии. На масата имаше постелка на която можеше да ди сложиш шише илинпаша с кафе.

Cons:

Единственот което не ми хареса, че в банята миришеше на канал дори и след проветряване.
