Топло, удобно и уютно. Идеално е , ако търся къде да нощувам за една вечер.
Малко трудно намерих къде да паркирам.
Clean, comfortable bed, working shower. No issues.
No catering facilities at all, this has made my stay very uncomfortable. Ok to stay for a couple of days but not suitable for a longer stay.
Friendly, clean, and everything as described
For a 1 night stay on a budget, the Hotel Zora met our needs perfectly.
I liked this place. It wasn't up to western hotel standards but I felt welcome and at home. I would stay again
Not the best value for money but it was a weekend and I'm a budget traveller so I'm probably more price sensitive than most. The bit about the shower not having a tray is true, but I’ve travelled extensively in this part of the world and seen it quite a lot in older buildings.
En-suite. Quite room although on main road
Its a good hotel that gives you everything you need for a basic stay.
When you leave you need to leave the key behind and they lock the door, so when you Come back you need to ring the door so they open for you. This makes me feel not completely free, when I went out late, I felt worried the whole time
Exactly what you expect to see on a 1star hotel, nothing more nothing less. Arriving to the hotel, the reception man (probably the owner too?) was very friendly and he showed me my room. At first glance it was a simple room with not much to talk about. A TV that I never used, a small bathroom which did its job, a pretty big bed for 1 guy, small sofa and There are 2 windows meaning that you don't hear much from the noise outside if that's what you're afraid of. Also, they don't enter your room at any time.. Clean sheets (at least from the one side, the side facing the bed had some hair from the people before me but nothing crazy). There are new towels and a soap, you can ask for more and they'll gladly give you. Again, the reception is very very kind and friendly, once of the friendliest guys I've seen in Bulgaria. Last but not least, to leave or to enter the hotel you need to knock on his door so he can lock after you, making it super cringe sometimes. Make sure to avoid eye contact:P. I started feeling guilty for bothering him if I left the hotel more than once, that's on me though as he was still friendly. I give it a 7.5/10. I'd put 6/10 for not paying attention to the spiders/webs/insects that were on my room before my check in but the reception guy made me forget about that with his friendly stance. However, if I had a 10-20% refund (because 26 euro/night was not 100% worth it, it should be more like 20/night) I'd edit the review to 9/10. I highly doubt it though and that's okay👍
the worst chair I've ever sit on!
A bad thing is that the room is pretty cold so make sure you've brought some extra clothes and also, if there is someone on the hallway you'll be the first to hear it as there is not that much of soundproofing
What bothered me the most was (and you can see it on the pictures below) the insects that were ALREADY on the wall before my check in. Not only spiders but this other insect which name I'm missing was originally everywhere in my room, alongside with spider webs, making it hard for me to feel comfy at first. After whipping them out, I still found 2-3 spiders even 3 days after my check in. I don't blame them for the spiders as it's their "Season" but, I blame them for not taking the time (not more than 5 minutes) to clean the walls before allowing me in. It just felt wrong and unfair knowing that I'll live in that room for 1 week. They could have done better preparations.
Room was large and comfortable . I stayed extra days.
No problems
Room was a good enough size for one and the shower worked well. Pretty close to supermarkets.
The manager was friendly.
I had to ask for the control for the air conditioner/heater after the manager turned it on as he took it downstairs with him. Not a huge deal but he seemed reluctant to give it to me.
There was cockroaches under the beds , no one never cleaned under the beds/bedside tables.
The whole room need renovation and new furniture and a good cleaner
Collected from outside
Kitchen facility
Friendly staff. Good location. Clean, comfortable room.
Only that there was National Geographic on TV.
Everything! The air conditioner wasn’t working and the staff didn’t do anything to provide us heating. When we arrived at 10pm there wasn’t a hot water and we had to wait around an hour for it. The room wasn’t very clean and there are a broken things in the bathroom. You could hear everything in the corridor- talks, slamming doors etc. The glasses in the room was plastics. We do not think the price is relevant to the conditions!
nice place friendly people, simple and efficient!
