A big advantage of the hotel is that it has its own parking area.
The room was clean.
I was very impressed that everything went smoothly without any long additional correspondence, registrations, unnecessary communication, or anything else. It was very quick and convenient!
The room itself is very small, and for two people it was indeed quite cramped. As an option just for an overnight stay, it is perfectly acceptable.
I was also disappointed by the tiny terrace. Again, for one person it would be perfectly fine, but the two of us could barely fit there.
