Pros:

Кухнята не беше зле. Седнахме да вечеряме последната вечер в ресторанта към хотела. Ястията, които си бяхме поръчали бяха добре приготвени.
Въпреки вкусната храна, все пак имаше наегативен елемент. Накрая на вечерта имахме грешка в сметката - бяха ни маркирали едно основно ястие в повече и една сода, която не бяхме поръчвали. След установяване на грешката нямаше адекватна реакция на сервитьора.

Cons:

За жалост много неща. Снимките, които са качени, нямат общо с реалността. Водата в басейна не беше много чиста, постоянно плуваха някакви боклуци и умрели насекоми, а водата в джакузито беше студена (съвсем леко затоплена - далеч от очакванията за джакузи). Когато влязохме в джакузито половината дюзи не работиха, след като ги бутнахме да ги включим, от тях започнаха да излизат парацали отложена мръсотия и боклуци. В началото, когато правихме резервацията имаме спомен, че имаше включена закуска в цената за нощувка, понеже винаги търсим опция за настаняване с включена закуска. Два дена преди настаняването при проверка на резервацията ни, установяваме, че вече опцията за закуска не е налична и даже има добавено информационно поле, че ако желаем закуска, тя се заплаща допълнително по 15лв. на човек. В деня на пристигането ни, жената, която ни настаняваше се опитваше да ни убеди, колко е добра и богата закуската и ако желаем, може да си доплатим, но ние не се съгласихме (за щастие). На следващия ден сутринта видяхме, че така описаната богата закуска, нямаше нищо общо с богата и разнообразна. В коридорите и стаите мирише на старо и застояло. В банята ни миришеше от отдушника на кухнята на манджа. Мебелите в стаите са стари. За цяла стая имаше само един свободен контакт до входната врата. Като цяло мястото не е зле, но е запуснато и явно им е трудно да го поддържат.
За съпоставка, няколко дни преди отсядането ни в "Семеен хотел Биле" бяхме остеднали в четири звезден хотел в град в Южна България, за същата цена за нощувка, където условията бяха на светлинни години разлика от тук. В същата цена беше включена закуска, която беше много добра и разнообразна, стаите, уютът, спа зоната бяха отлични.

Бяхме без закуска. Местоположението е добро.

Cons:

Снимките не отговарят на действителността. Шкафа в банята захабен - без покритие, изкъртени контакти,
неработещ хладилник - неща видими, но не се отработват. Домашната торта, не беше домашна /готови блатове/.
