Беше много чисто. Водата във вътрешния басейн бе топла и приятна. Храната на закуска в хотела и в тахния ресторант до хотела бе много вкусна.

Cons:

Има незабавна нужда от подмяна на избушените матраци!
Хотелът е поостарял. Коридорите и бюфет- помещението са неотоплени. Басейнчето е малко, но достатъчно ако имаше вентилационна система. В помещението не се диша.

Персоналът на фронт-деска е на ниво - дружелюбни, отзивчиви и долброжелателни.
Особени комплименти за масажиста - той е невероятен!!!

Cons:

Опитите тна персонала в събота и неделя да "приключат" закуската в 9л45 ч. вместо в 10.00 ч.

Любима дестинация на семейството
Pros:

Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си в хотел Зорница! Чистота навсякъде, уютни стаи и много приятна атмосфера. Персоналът беше любезен и винаги готов да помогне, а храната – вкусна и прясна. Локацията е удобна и спокойна, идеална за почивка. Със сигурност бихме посетили отново и горещо препоръчваме!

Pros:

Приятно съм изненадана от хотела. За първи път посещаваме спа хотел в Казанлък. Изключително чисто, много приветлив персонал, отлична закуска. Храната в ресторанта на хотела също е отлична. Басейна с минерална вода е превъзходен.
Бих дошла отново.
