Спокойствие и релакс !
Pros:

Прекрасен хотел, като разположение-хубава гледка към средногорието, близо до парк,изключително позитивен екип( персонал) който е готов да задоволи капризите ви ! Усмихнати и приветливи !

Cons:

Бравите са електронни, затварянето им от гостите става с трясък ! Но аз бях по работа, и ми се налагаше са спя до късно !

Горещо препоръчвам този хотел. Всичко беше на ниво.
За 'добре дошли' може да опитате ликьор от рози. На рецепция ви посрещат любезно и обясняват всичко, което е необходимо. И винаги са на разположение за помощ и въпроси.Стаята беше чиста, приятна, с всичко необходимо. Дори с повече легла,от колкото ни бяха необходими.Има сешоар в банята. Интернетът е отличен. Има малка тераса, която гледа към външния басейн. Имайте впредвид , че стаите с тераси са на първи етаж, много нисък и шезлонгите са точно под прозорците и може да е шумно при пълен капацитет на басейна, на който се допускат и външни посетители (на една от снимките ще видите цените).В цената на нощувката е включена закуска,която е на блок маса,изборът е голям. Включва се също сауна, парна баня, вътрешен и външен басейн. До хотела има 2 ресторанта-Зорница и Българанъ. Който и да изберете, няма да сгрешите. В ресторант -градина "Българанъ" в петък и събота вечер има програма. От хотела могат да съдействат за резервация. До хотела,на пешеходно разстояние ,се намират парк Тюлбето и Тракийската гробница.Паркът се намира в гориста местност,което допринася за чист и свеж въздух. Гледката от стаите, басейна, ресторанта е великолепа-целият гр. Казанлък, селата в подножието на Средна гора.
Целият персонал се грижи гостите да бъдат доволни, спокойни и да се върнат отново. Ние ще го направим.

Всичко беше чудесно. Със сигурност пак ще отидем.
Pros:

Всичко ни хареса. Стаята, персонала, закуската, Спа центъра. Бяхме 2 семейства и аз и проятелката ми имахме рожден ден на 01.06., и като се върнахме от разходка имахме приятна изненада от хотела.

Pros:

От години посещаваме хотела и чистота,басейн и комфорт всичко е наред.

Cons:

С течение на годините обслужването става все по лошо и понеже ресторанта вече е отделен от хотела и е постоянно зает с балове,сватби и т.н. може и да няма къде да вечеряте.Високата цена не оправдава хотел без ресторант и аз лично бих ви посетил само в краен случай отново.
