Pros:

O atendimento de todos os colaboradores foi excelente. E o custo x benefício também é muito bom.

Cons:

É possível ouvir barulho vindo dos outros quartos, principalmente do quarto logo acima. Pra quem quer dormir um pouco mais, acaba incomodando um pouco.
E tomadas.. sentimos falta de tomadas no quarto (as existentes ja estavam ligadas a TV e frigobar).

Espero nunca mais me hospedar nesse hotel.

O café da manhã estava razoável.

Cons:

Fomos pessimamente recepcionados pela atendente no primeiro contato. Nosso quarto estava com o banheiro entupido. Em seguida, nos moveram para outro quarto, em que o banheiro estava em péssimas condições.

Cons:

Atendimento deixou a desejar simplesmente pelo fato de não ter nenhuma pessoa na recepção para fazer os primeiros atendimentos em nossa chegada, devido estar em horário de almoço. Como uma recepção fica sozinha? Após tocar a campainha por algumas vezes, uma pessoa externa avisou que tinha hóspede e quem fez o primeiro contato foi uma pessoa da limpeza, que informou sobre a recepção. Em outro horário pode ser que o atendimento seja melhor, mas como a primeira impressão é que a fica, procuramos outra hospedagem que nos atendeu bem, nos acomodando prontamente pois estávamos com criança.

É um hotel que poderia ser muito melhor se cuidasse dos detalhes, mas ainda vale pelo custo.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, com estacionamento, elevador e recepção 24h. Camas confortáveis. O quarto tinha blackout e um bom ar condicionado, além de um bom espaço (pegamos o quarto com 3 camas de solteiro)

Cons:

Check-in demorado (chegamos durante a madrugada e tínhamos pouco tempo pra dormir). O café da manha começa e termina muito cedo (de 7 as 9). Ou seja, se não acordar entre 6 e 8 da manhã, já vai perder o café. As cobertas eram antigas e estavam com cheiro de poeira. O chuveiro era elétrico, não esquentava tão bem e saía um filete de agua pra cada lado.
