Estacionamento prático, cama confortável, valor acessível

Cons:

Banheiro sujo, atendente desatenta, pedem silêncio no café porém a própria gerente faz muito barulho, faltou empatia em nossa recepção, faltou toalha de rosto no banheiro, pediu para mudar posição do automóvel na garagem mas deixou outro hóspede no lugar que tirei meu carro, cozinheira antipática

Pros:

A localização é boa, porém não consegue parar na frente do hotel, tem parada de ônibus. A entrada para o estacionamento é bem apertada para carros grandes, mas com jeito e calma, vai.
O café da manhã é bem simples.
Tem elevador espaçoso.

Cons:

Achei o quarto bom, não tinha baratas, mas no dia do checkout tinha uma barata morta na frente da porta do quarto, no corredor.

O check-in levou mais de 1 hora. A pessoa idosa sem a menor condição de estar ali para atender. O quarto com cheiro forte de água sanitária. O banheiro com goteira e um buraco enorme no box do chuveiro, sem condições. Cobertas sujas. Jamais volto.
