Pros:

ТОПЛАТА МИНЕРАЛНА ВОДА В БАСЕЙНИТЕ! ТИШИНАТА И ДЕСЕРТИТЕ В РЕСТОРАНТА!

Много мръсно в басейните , джакузито също неработещите уреди , като делфинчето и водопада в големия басейн!

Долу горе , има нужда от хигиена в басейните!
Pros:

Закуската беше еднообразна , всеки ден едно и също, има нужда да се разнообрази! Водата в басейните е много топла !

Cons:

Едното от джакузитата беше мръсно и позеленяло! Трябва повече хигиена там! В детския басейн не работи делфинчето, а в големия не работи водопада , доста скъпо за предложените условия!

Като изключа отвратителната храна в ресторанта, много добър престой. Хубав басейн, хубаво джакузи!
Pros:

Закуската беше задоволителна и богата, но еднообразна за трите дни. Можеше да се измисли някакво разнообразие. Например: Пържени филийки, бухти,мекици, палачинки, понички, тутманик и др. - все вредни, но вкусни.

Cons:

Ресторантът е добър, но храната е под всякаква критика. Използват се замразени полуготови продукти. Напр. поръчах пилешки хрупкави хапки. Замразени от Метро. Нито свежи, нито хрупкави.Отврат. Пържените картофи са без никакъв вкус. Тъй, като бързах за концерта, поръчах си принцеси. Отказаха ми, защото ги нямало в менюто и системата. Обясних, че е много трудно да се намаже едно кебапче на филия и да се метне на скарата.И филията и кебапчето ги има в системата. Готвачът категорично отказа. /Трябва да го изгоните/ Обясних на сервитьорката/ абсолютно неориентирана/ че ако готвача беше собственик, щеше да направи принцесите. Отношение-незадоволително! Тръгнах за концерта гладен. Действието се развива на 13.07.24 в 18,30 часа при празен ресторант.

Малко повече старание към чистотата в СПА центъра!
Сауната не работеше вечерта и сутринта, а джакузито беше изключително мръсно и невъзможно за ползване.

Pros:

Great facilities for spa and mineral water pool, gentleman working in reception provides 5 stars service. Breakfast was full of culinary choices even if I was alone in the restaurant.

Wish I stayed a few more days.
