Mooi terras. Mooie en moderne inrichting van de eetzaal. Moderne kamers. Heerlijke stortdouche. Goede zeep, shampoo en bodylotion. Boxspring bedden. Zeer goed materiaal.
Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Stallingsruimte voor onze fietsen.

Morgenmadsbuffeten var glimrende. Meget venligt personale. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på og lettilgængeligt i forhold til Vennbahnradweg.

A small hiccup bit I will visit again.
Pros:

I have stayed here before and love it, I wanted to introduce my wife to it.
After a very taxing journey to it we were made welcome, the room was clean comfortable and great.
Great location for touring the Ardennes.

Cons:

When we checked in I paid for breakfast and was given a receipt.
That evening we had a great dinner.
Morning we came down for breakfast and we weren't expected, no problem I showed receipt and a place was quickly prepared for us. Initially though I was made to feel that I was at fault with a restaurant full it was embarrassing has the member of staff didn't speak English. As we weren't expected the croissants weren't ready when they arrived they were undercooked.
Yes disappointed but it didn't spoil our visit

Pros:

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon beim Empfang wurden wir äußerst herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Für unsere Fahrräder gab es eine gute und sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war.

Das Zimmer entsprach genau der Beschreibung, war sauber und bot alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt ,es war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Cons:

Vielleicht findet man eine Lösung beim Frühstücken, da war nämlich unendlich viele Fliegen.

Pros:

Modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit sehr angenehmen Pflegeprodukten.
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, freundliches Personal.
Tolles Frühstück, besonders die Brötchen und Croissants hervorragend.
(leider bekommt man in anderen Hotels immer häufiger Aufbackbrötchen)

Cons:

Check in ab 15:00 Uhr. Als wir verschwitzt bei sehr hohen Temperaturen um 15:30 mit dem Fahrrad ankamen, mussten wir noch 1 Stunde warten, bevor unser Zimmer fertig war.
Aufgrund der Hitzewelle konnten wir nur mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen. Da das Zimmer zur Straße hin lag, war es sehr laut.
