Proximity to the Icelands Parkway. A good base to explore Lake Louise, Jasper and the lakes and glaciers.
It was basic but adequate. Some TLC on the rooms and building could make a huge difference. Expected more in terms of cutlery and crockery.

Nothing. The property was unmanned, our room was closed with the heat on full blast. We had reach to them ahead of time about coolness of room. My wife has a medical diagnosed lung disease, and it is critical that sleeping conditions be cool at night. They promised a fan, which was not there No fan and the room was approximately 95 degrees with heat running
Nothing, it was dirty, no hair dryer, had to sleep with window wide open, to try to breathe The temp that day was 89…. No reason for a heater running
Also, we called that morning to ask about restaurant hours(because there is nothing around this are). They said open until 9PM. Arrived at 8:30 and restaurant was closed, they said they close at 8:00
Also the resort never answered their phone
Providing an iorn box and microwave would have given a better experience
Only ate dinner at the resort and the food was reasonably priced and very good. Loved the quick access to Banff National Park and the spectacular mountain views. Our grandkids enjoyed the playground even though it was very dated.
Our room was sparse and very noisy when people above us walked around. Bathroom fan was extremely loud which was annoying at night when you had to turn on the light to see.
Love the location! The hotel was clean but needs some TLC. We did have a great time here though! Can't go wrong with the scenery! The restaurant was pretty good as well.
The upper deck needs replacement. It is a great spot but the boards are not safe.
De locatie midden in de natuur is prima.
Prijskwaliteit verhouding is slecht. De plintverwarming is voor de benedenkamers met de betonvloer niet toereikend.
Restaurant heeft heel beperkte kaart, veel minder dan op internet staat vermeld.
De locatie was prachtig daar betaal je voor. 1/2 uur vanaf Icefield Parkway.
