The room was wonderfully decorated, and extremely clean. We needed to ask for cream, but it was willingly given to us. Staff spoke to us each time we entered it exited.
We did not appreciated ate needing to walk through the bar to get to and from our room.
Location , food and pub. Excellent service and hospitality!! The hotel is right in the middle of Water Street so it is walking distance to everything.

Engaging decor; so much more interesting than their corporate competitors. Restaurant downstairs was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Excellent location; we walked to the Signal Hill trail and followed it up to the lookout which made for a lovely Sunday morning walk.
Although it was pricey.. I do think it was comfortable and in a great location..

Sully the mgr was soooo friendly. He went above and beyond. The room was really cool looking ---original exposed brickwall, super comfy bed. Can't find a better central spot. We ate in the bar. Good local food! We wished our travel plans afforded the opportunity to stay longer.
Street parking available but this might get tough during height of the season. We didn't have a problem
