Incredible customer service.
Pros:

We were booked here for 3 nights in January. Unfortunately, we had an accident while driving out to Cardston, and South Country Inn was incredibly helpful and made our situation much easier to deal with. You won't find nicer people in the hotel business, I promise you. The gentleman I dealt with (not sure if he is the owner or manager) was honorable and very customer-oriented. If I were travelling to Cardston again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. If kindness, ethics and principles matter to you, I would highly recommend South Country Inn. You won't be disappointed.

The room was super dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly.
Pool and hot tub were closed indefinitely... would've been nice to know prior to booking

I was very pleased with the So. Country Inn. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't need much because I was traveling on a multi-day motorcycle trip, so just a place to shower, eat and sleep. But the little touches such as the embossed stamp on the TP roll, the laid out shampoos, etc, the welcoming appearance of the entry way and lobby, plus the pool, all gave it a 'cared for' appearance. Location was convenient to eating, although we were there on a Sunday and most places were closed,.

Cons:

Breakfast would've been nice, but not necessary.

They rented a room with AC and there was no AC working during my stay. Room was at 28.5 C during the night.

Overpriced and hot room with broken AC
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

I made a reservation for a room with an Air Conditioner, and the AC was not working during the first two days of my stay. The room temperature was over 28 degrees Celsius. Opening the little window didn't change anything to improve the temperature. Staff said they were fixing the AC. I decided to leave the hotel after the second horrible night.

There was no partial refund for my first two nights and I had to contact Booking.com to get a refund for my third night.

The carpet was also very dirty.

It was an overpriced and underwhelming experience.

Hotel itself was fine. Staff and prior arrangements by booking.com were disappointing

Very annoyed with booking.com. they said they lined up rooms beside each other for our family. Booking.com didn't. The hotel said they had no record, and so our small family of 5 was split on different floors, on opposite ends. Awful start to our holiday.

Cons:

Booking.com didn't follow through, or hotel lied. Either way not good. It is still to be determined if booking.com will.honor the 10% they said they would cover. The hotel charged full pop, and booking.com said they would reimburse us the difference. That is still to be seen

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. A bit above bare bones with pool and spa. Good place in a lovely small town with only one restaurant, which was good. Perfect not tourist spot in the way to Glacier Park.
