Considering lack of accommodations in Gold River it was an excellent place to stay. Would have been

How the administration staff, addressed our need when we registered.

Cons:

The fact we had no cups for coffee and water.
The floor needed dusting, felt crumbs on my feet. Otherwise overall it was good.

Clean, newly renovated and well run hotel.
Pros:

We’ll run with very professional staff. Still a bit of work in progress to finish up but comfortable beds, food options are close by and their long term goal is to have a full restaurant soon.

Cons:

The dining area was a bit cool temperature and they wouldn’t start the fireplace apparently due to smoke issues. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Better than expected and rooms are pristine.
Pros:

Pristine rooms, very clean, big comfortable bed, good toiletries.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely limited, disappointing and all disposable plates/cutlery is not very sustainable.
