just ok at a price that deserves better

The room is bigger and clean. Overall the experience was nice.
Only concern is there are not enough food options around the hotel.
But would definatly recommend.

Met all our basic needs.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was very close to the downtown and there were lots options for supper that we could walk to. After it was a nice stroll to the harbour!

Great stay, close to shops and Marina. Room was nicely renovated, clean and very spacious. Very friendly staff.

Rooms were very clean. Look like it was just newly Renovated. Was happy to see all new flooring and not the dirty carpets most hotels have. Bed very comfy and bathroom new also and clean.

It’s an old hotel that was renovated so all the rooms are fresh and clean and new. It’s not the same aesthetics as a regular chain hotel but price was good and we could walk to the docks or downtown parry sound. The ceilings on the first floor were high and simulated wood plank flooring gave an echo, no sound dampening in the room so the tv was hard to hear and the air condition unit was quite loud. No breakfast included that we saw. We would stay there again served us well for what we needed.

Stay was good. It was just one night. few things that should be sorted/updates. Should note that rooms all have fridges. If I had known there was a fridge there are certain things I would have brought with me instead of having to buy the next day. It really shouldn't say breakfast included. Toast and cereal are not a Continental breakfast. And the peanut butter was just a large jar that was used by all. Not sanitary or safe in anyway. A couple of days before I was asked to confirm when I would be arriving. So I selected between 6pm and 7pm. I pulled up to the building at 6:01 pm and as I was parking I received a call asking me to confirm when I was going to arrive. It was annoying. If I had been stuck in traffic I wouldn't have answered and I don't know why when I arrived 1 minute into my allotted arrival time, I was being called to confirm again. There are tv instructions in the room. I followed them exactly as written and they didn't work. I tried a few times and called the desk as noted on the page. It rang a dozen times and when someone finally answered they said they couldn't help and I should call back in an hour. I tried multiple times again and after an hour I called and this time no one answered at all. I tried 3 times over 10 minutes and no one was picking up the phone. So I noted it in the app and within a few minutes someone came to fix it. It was a different setting not on the instructions. Very annoying. Could hear people yelling all night. Ear plugs, needed!

It had what i needed and it was quit

Didn't seem to be in a great section of town. Too much $$$. The towels and washcloths were cheaply made.

Clean recently renovated room, Nice shower. Convenient outside access on ground floor. TV was a bit small and A/C a bit loud though it worked fine

Unattractive surrounding

Hreat location. Close to everything.It smelled of cigarettes, but was otherwise pretty clean.
Breakfast was very meagre. Cheap watered juice, toast and jam. Not much else.

Confortable, propre et pratique

We only stayed one night. Had a good meal at the marina (Tailwinds). The room was very clean. The breakfast was ok, it would have been great if they had provided boiled eggs, or other protein sources.

Would stay here again if we are ever in Parry Sound.

It took about 6 minutes to walk to the marina.

The hotel is very clean and the room newly renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have made a great effort to make the outside area on the ground floor comfortable to sit outside your room. It was just a short walk down to Trestle Brewing for a great meal right on the water

The room itself was spacious and I enjoyed having the fridge and microwave to use.

AC was turned off prior to my stay and it was a sauna. It took a long time for the room to cool down.

The floors are laminate which make it easy to clean up in the room, but make for very noisy hallways, you can hear everyone's footsteps, an underlay would have helped immensely with that. I did not sleep well and woke when others were getting up and out., which was around 6 am.

Parking is limited and difficult to turn around in if you have a large vehicle

It was convenient for access to the Festival of the Sound. But communication with staff was sometimes difficult. They advertise WIFi but it was essentially nonexistent. Sometimes towels were not replaced so we had to to ask for them. They really skimped on the continental breakfast. 2.5 stars at best.

Ok hôtel, rions are clean. Breakfest is really week …. A bar of peanut butter, a jar of jelly. No orange juice, coffee ok. No napkin.
