Es ist sauber aber altertümlich hat Mikrowelle Einschränkungen und WiFi. Für den Preis alles ok.
Was nicely decorated, was clean & roomy.
The floors were cold, an area rug would be nice to feel warmer.
No carpets. (Limiting the transfer of items, such as bed bugs.) The bedding was good quality. Lots of hot water for showers. The location was perfect for my visit to Grande Prairie.
Originally attempted to reserve directly with the motel. (Was told it was too early.) On the same day, was able to place a reservation through Booking.com. The pillows were too big, creating an uncomfortable sleep and sore neck. (Ended-up folding a towel as a replacement.) The presence of sow bugs (put four down the toilet) indicates an issue with moisture.
I wished there would've been garbage bags and a garbage bin provided.
Not a lot at all.
The office doors are closed. Backroom staff are a bunch of liars. Ask for extra pillows, no extra pillows, cause they they’re too cheap to give you extra pillows. And they still owe me a deposit which I will sue for. I will absolutely sue them for a deposit that they stole from me for that garbage trash. Stay away from this place. It’s terrible.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff (or possibly the owner—I’m not sure) was disappointing due to their lack of professionalism.
During my stay, I only called twice. The first time was when I arrived because the front office door was locked, so we genuinely thought the hotel was closed. The second time was because the power outlet for the lamp was loose and crooked. I didn’t want to force it or risk damaging it further, so I called for assistance.
After that, I was told not to call again because I had already called twice. I found this response surprising and unprofessional. As a guest, I believe it’s reasonable to contact the front desk when I need assistance with the room.
Another incident that left a poor impression was when I tipped a member of the hotel staff. The receptionist (or owner) shouted from across the property, “That’s good! That’s good!” While it may not have been intended negatively, I found it inappropriate and not in line with the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel.
Overall, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable because of these interactions. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service and communication with guests.

The roof was making alit of noise! I don’t know what the problem was. The price was really high. It’s not hotel at all but still charging like a hotel. You don’t feel you are in the hotel.
