le petit déjeuner était parfait
Le personnel était très sympa

Cons:

Notre accueil avec le patron.. très froid !
Par contre son épouse était vraiment sympa ! elle ne parle pas français mais nous nous sommes compris ! Le personnel (une dame) très sympa ! merci pour son dévouement 🙏🏼

I would not stay there again, as the owner does not appear as a welcoming, friendly person.
Pros:

Easy access to the pistes. It is almost ski-in.

Cons:

The Staff (owner) was impolite and not welcoming. On every request and for every question, he was responding sarcastically with a clear indication of unhelpfulness.
The floor in the room was pretty dirty. The soles of my white slippers got completely brown in two days.
Breakfast was average.

Lovely stay in Saas Fee
Pros:

Above all we enjoyed the friendliness of the owners and their willingness to help. Also it’s a great location; ski in ski out is from just over the road and involves taking skis off to cross a road on way there and on way back you need to get button lift up (closes at 4:45) which we enjoyed. The fondues you could join on Fri/Sat were great too.

Cons:

We needed extra pillow (quickly received) and found beds a little hard but we wouldn’t hesitate to come back and mention this only for information.

Very large, comfortable bedroom with a free extra bed for our toddler. Personalised service.
Pros:

I loved the friendly, personalised service from one of the owners and all of the staff. Special mention to XXX for his extra special service level ferrying us to & from the hotel in the e-taxi. I loved that it was secluded, immersed in nature. I loved the big room size and balcony overlooking the pistes and mountains. The female owner offered us to keep the room for as long as we needed it as it was not booked that day (unique proposition).

Cons:

While the walk from town is only 5 min, it was tricky in icy conditions. I thought the value for money was not great given the distance, modernity of furniture, quality of bathroom and breakfast.
