Das Hotel und das Personal waren spitze. Der Chef persönlich kümmert sich um das Wohl der Gäste und ist äußerst zuvorkommend!!

Teils, teils.
Pros:

Gute Lage für die Erkundigung des Prättigaus.
Dusche mit starkem Wasserfluss und schön warm.
Frühstück nicht zu üppig, sondern einfach angemessen.
Günstiger Preis für Schweizer Niveau.

Cons:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen, weil in einem Areal schräg unter unserem Zimmer (im 1. Stock) von Angestellten des Hotels geraucht und palavert wurde. Als wir die rauchenden Personen daraufhin ansprachen, bekamen wir zur Antwort, wir könnten ja unser Fenster zumachen. Als wir uns bei der Leitung des Hauses beschwert haben, konnten wir die zweite Nacht, die wir gebucht hatten, stornieren und haben nur eine Nacht bezahlt. Wir haben es dann vorgezogen, nach Hause zu fahren (nur knapp 2 Std. Fahrzeit).
