No english have to use translation app
The room was very nice and clean. I very much enjoyed the water dispenser in the room, so you could always make tea or get fresh water.
The staff was also very friendly. Especially the young lady, who works the morning shift. She really went out of her way to help me book tickets for a museum, which I couldn't get due to not having a Chinese phone number and used her own phone to get me the booking, which I appreciated so much, since she didn't have to do that. I also went to reception with different questions every day, since it was my first time travelling alone in China and everybody always made an effort to help me.
The location was also great, as it was close to the train station, but away from the crowds during Guoqing Jie. So, you could easily get to places, but also come back to this less crowded quarter, if in need for some time off.

Location was fairly nice
The welcome music always started whenever we entered throughout the stay and we had to turn it off manually. As well as the curtain to the bathroom was pretty much see-through, so you really need to be very close to your roomie
Very accessible to subway station through exit gate #-5. Reasonable typical chinese breakfast. Plenty of restaurants surrounding.

They could use some “do not disturb” door signs . the service lady knocked twice in the morning for room cleaning 😅.
