Amazing stay!
Pros:

It’s all exceed my expectations. With money I spent compare to what I’ve got. Amazing! Bathtub, location, bed, etc. Recommended!

Cons:

I don’t know why they take deposit differently, my friend booked, she paid 2,000CNY meanwhile I paid only 500CNY, confusing right?

Good value for money and very helpful staff.
Pros:

We had a G60 suite which was excellent; clean and modern. Large bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and very large bathroom. 2 TVs! All facilities excellent. Very comfortable for our 4 day stay. Reception Staff very helpful. Translating App on staff phones very helpful to communicate! Dining Room was huge and Breakfast was amazing with a large range of hot and cold food. Hotel is located in the centre of Chengdu, accessible to everything.

Cons:

We could not reduce the temperature in the room. It was too hot especially for sleeping even with air conditioning.

The location was good and the bathroom was nice.

Cons:

The staff were very hard to deal with, even with fluent Chinese speakers in our group. We had to cancel one of our rooms and it took nearly an hour for a simple change. It seemed like the staff could make the change but weren't bothered so they tried to persuade us not to, thus delaying the process a lot. The rollaway beds in our rooms were awful and felt like sleeping on metal springs. We also had to pay a deposit for the mini bar for each room which was almost half the room price, absolutely ridiculous as the mini bar literally had a few soft drinks and two waters. Could have been a nice stay but unhelpful staff definitely made it a hassle.

Pros:

Очень приятный отель. Все чисто, на полу кавролин что приятно и комфортно, особенно с ребенком. Нам приносили детский стул по заварному в номер, это было очень важно и нужно, нею далеко не все отели могут предоставить такой сервис. Номер комфортный, нет возможности для приготовления пищи, нудно учесть и микроволновки тоже нет, что странно.
Нам понравилось тут и мы с радостью вернемся, персонал весь очень очень приветлив. Спасибо! Расположение просто потрясающее, вокруг много в сего интересного и красивого. Уровень потрясающий и приемлемая цена, мы просто в восторге.

Amazing location, great space, comfortable room, but don’t bother with the buffet breakfast
Pros:

Rooms are nice and big, living space is great, bed was comfortable!

Cons:

A little bit old, the light switches, blind switches and A/C switches are really bright so at night, the blue LED is really bright and can be a little annoying

Pros:

The rooms were fantastic with so much space to live in, the location was also perfect for all the shops and walking along the rivers.

Cons:

The main issue I had is that the hotel bar had rum out of beer, I ordered the beer but it didn't come and I wasn't even told by the waiter that I ordered it from.
