We loved our stay Hotel Schutzen. The town of lauterbrunnen is very pretty and quaint, perhaps our favorite on our trip

Incredible stay!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a cold bottle of water waiting for us in our fridge, we had a coffee machine and the location was perfect! Breakfast was amazing as well!

Cons:

The bed was incredibly loud and creaky and at times it was frustrating that there were no staff available during the day or after 8pm. They were only available from 4-8pm and we were usually gone during that time.

Stunning location and amazing staff!
Pros:

Fantastic welcome from reception staff greeting and informative about activities to see and do in the local area. View from the room of the waterfall was out of this world! Stunning location and only a short walk to train station with access to bus stop also just outside hotel.
