Horrible do not recommend if you don’t be invaded and personal items removed from room

The hotel staff violated us stolen $1000 from wallet left in room by luggage, room was serviced once and money was stolen and appears staff has no footage to show but they have cameras in all corners , also feel our privacy was invaded. Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend

We stayed here from February 8–11, 2026, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. During one of the days our room was serviced, $1,000 was taken from my wallet, which had been left on the bed with our luggage. Not only was this a theft, but it also felt like a complete invasion of our privacy.

We immediately reported it and spoke with Byram, who told us he would handle the situation. However, hours later—after we had already left town—we were told that a police report and fingerprints would need to be filed. It was very frustrating that this was not communicated to us right away while we were still there.

The hotel has cameras and electronic key access that can show who enters rooms, yet we were told they saw no one enter besides us. When we asked for the footage to be reviewed again, we were essentially told there was nothing to see. We are still waiting for a resolution from Byram, the manager, and feel like we are being pushed around without clear answers.

What makes this even more concerning is that the hotel was nearly empty during our stay. A staff member in the kitchen mentioned there were only about five guests total, and we were a group of four women. That makes the situation even more troubling.

Overall, we feel disgusted and violated. This completely ruined our experience. I would strongly caution others—do not leave valuables in your room. Based on our experience, if something goes missing, you may not get answers.

Lovely friendly, cosy, traditional hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, good coffee, lots of choice of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, lovely friendly staff.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was a bit iffy at times.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eiskalt (Heizung war nicht an und dann brachten wir auch keine Wärme mehr hin).
Das Zimmer war extrem ringhörig. Es war fast das Gefühl, dass man draussen neben der Strasse schläft. Zimmer daneben hatte ein Gast die ganze Nacht den Husten 🙈. Für 360 die Nacht stelle ich mir etwas ganz anderes vor!

Gutes, zentrales Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Hatte sehr schlechte Bewertungen gelesen und war dann aber positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer wurden vermutlich mittlerweile renoviert. Anständiges Türschliesssystem, kleines aber sauberes Bad mit neuem Lavabo/Armaturen.
Frühstück hatte alles was es braucht und war fein. Die Lage ist natürlich super.
Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich, spricht besser Englisch als Deutsch.

Cons:

Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Den Fernseher brachte ich nicht zum laufen.
Bin aber nicht zum TV-Schauen gekommen, das Bett wurde aber schon gebraucht.
Rezeption ist nur von 16.00-20.00 besetzt. Ausserhalb dieser Zeiten kann auch nicht angerufen werden.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie haben uns auch noch Ausflugs- und Essenstipps gegeben. Zimmer sah ziemlich neu und renoviert aus, war nicht riesig aber gemütlich und schön. Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte alles. Auch Abendessen im Restaurant ist ein Fondue zu empfehlen und auch da das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hatte es während dem Lauberhornrennen am Samstag um 9Uhr keine Parkplätze mehr verfügbar jedoch ist das natürlich ein Ausnahmezustand.
