Séjour très agréable qui correspondait à nos attentes, pour un week-end de ski entre amis.
Pros:

Chambre pour 3 au 1er étage, avec balcon et salle de bain privative avec baignoire. Grande chambre, confortable, propre, calme et bien agencée et entretenue, bonne literie. Service efficace et poli. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Petits plus, un frigo dans la chambre et une table et 2 chaises sur grand balcon avec vue sur les montagnes.

Cons:

Restaurant qui ferme tôt (cuisine ferme à 19h).
Ascenseur n'est pas fonctionnel.
Contacts préalables pas possibles par téléphone (mais réactif et précis par mail).

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel.
Pros:

Locatie naar de gondelbaan en de trein is makkelijk aan te lopen (ook met skischoenen 😀).
Naar het dorp Wengen is met her treintje ongeveer 15 min. Naar het skigebied Schilthorn vergelijkbaar.
Hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats voor gasten.
Groot terras.
Goed, uitgebreid ontbijt welke continu wordt aangevuld.
Zeer schone kamer, 2 personen met als optie separaat van elkaar indien gewenst.
Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien.
Zoals Nespresso koffie apparaat, waterkoker, volwaardige koelkast.
Satelliet televisie. Eigen douche en wc.
Heerlijk heet water.
Voldoende kastruimte om kleding weg te leggen.
Kluisje ook aanwezig.
Iedere dag schone handdoeken.
Fijn behulpzaam personeel !

The hotel staff violated us stolen $1000 from wallet left in room by luggage, room was serviced once and money was stolen and appears staff has no footage to show but they have cameras in all corners , also feel our privacy was invaded. Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend

We stayed here from February 8–11, 2026, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. During one of the days our room was serviced, $1,000 was taken from my wallet, which had been left on the bed with our luggage. Not only was this a theft, but it also felt like a complete invasion of our privacy.

We immediately reported it and spoke with Byram, who told us he would handle the situation. However, hours later—after we had already left town—we were told that a police report and fingerprints would need to be filed. It was very frustrating that this was not communicated to us right away while we were still there.

The hotel has cameras and electronic key access that can show who enters rooms, yet we were told they saw no one enter besides us. When we asked for the footage to be reviewed again, we were essentially told there was nothing to see. We are still waiting for a resolution from Byram, the manager, and feel like we are being pushed around without clear answers.

What makes this even more concerning is that the hotel was nearly empty during our stay. A staff member in the kitchen mentioned there were only about five guests total, and we were a group of four women. That makes the situation even more troubling.

Overall, we feel disgusted and violated. This completely ruined our experience. I would strongly caution others—do not leave valuables in your room. Based on our experience, if something goes missing, you may not get answers.
