Location! Staff! Wonderful!
Pros:

Staff! So friendly and helpful especially Meela! She was a friend by the end of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and bar staff were amazing! Close to the train station and many attractions. The fall cow parade passed right in front of the hotel! I thought that being on main street would be loud,, but it was quiet. I would stay here again!

With modest expectations it was fine
Pros:

It was very clean, convenient to the town and the train station. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast were sparse and left a lot to be desired. Staff did not consistently clean tables. The rooms were small and cramped. The staff was so so. Not particularly warm and inviting.

Good place to stay and conveniently located.
Pros:

Convenient location and the staff interactions were great. Free breakfast, but it did not amaze me (very basic offerings).

Cons:

Rooms were a little small, but I think that may be the norm for Europe as a whole. The bathroom was so small it was hard to take a shower in and my head was almost touching the ceiling.

Pros:

Group of 4 travellers and we found the room clean and confortable. The location was unbeatable. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. It was perfect for a 1 night stay. Very close to the station.

Pros:

Front desk person, Mike, was exceptional in welcoming and helping us with our plans. The same with a couple of the wait staff. Great conversations. Large outdoor patio was perfect for dining. Roo. Had a very large outdoor patio with a view of the waterfall.

Cons:

Bed covers was small, so if you are couple, one of you is going to be without covers.

Breakfast was good and not hurried and very typical for this type establishment.

Staff smiled in response to our interaction with them and were helpful when approached, otherwise not overtly engaging.

In short, I would stay here again.
Pros:

Room was clean and the daily room makeover was good. We had room # 37. It was nice to have a quieter room in the back of the hotel, not on the main road. The room had a small balcony with two chairs and it was nice to sit out there. It faced some houses and the Lauterbrunnen valley.
The front desk clerk was very helpful navigating places to see, how to see them and when to see them.
The TV had all of the streaming apps.
The hotel had a restaurant so I think that contributed to a better-than-typical breakfast experience. We ate lunch once, dinner once and breakfast four times during our stay. The food was good each time.
We had a king size bed (not two twins pushed together).
The room had a refrigerator/freezer, the only one of the three hotels we stayed at in Switzerland that had one.
This was probably the biggest room of the three we had in Switzerland.

Cons:

Below are the things that were not great, but not deal breakers.
The bathroom and the shower stall were the smallest I have ever used. If we were not slender in stature, we would have had a problem. The bathroom had an accordion door that had to be closed for privacy. It took some effort to use.
The decor is outdated, but it was not a show-stopper for us as long as a place is clean.
None of the windows had screens so flying bugs would find their way in if the window or door to the deck was open. The weather at night was cool and would have helped with sleeping if we could have kept the windows open.
The beds had no top sheets.

Onderdeel van de uitgemolken toeristenindustrie geweest.
Pros:

Goede ligging en eigen parkeerplaats

Cons:

Schuin aflopend plafond, geen stahoogte. Veel te kleine douche. Wastafel onhandig geplaatst. Karig ontbijt buffet.

I will stay here again next time I am In Lauterbrunnen!
Pros:

Location is excellent - not far from the train station, and right next to the bus stop. Room was nice with a great view of Stabbach Falls. Hostess was very helpful. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Did not have screens on the windows.
