Amazing views, but moldy bathroom and hot.
Pros:

Amazing views and location.

Cons:

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and the toilet seat was very loose.

There was no AC so it was too hot to sleep until the sun went down. They brought everyone on the third floor another fan our second night which helped a little.

The room was very small and had a slanted ceiling - we hit our heads multiple times while trying to access the mini fridge or coffee. The bathroom was also very small - taller people would have issues sitting on the toilet and hitting the wall.

Overall, we had better stays in Switzerland for $100 USD less per night.

Will stay again if we return to the area. Very highly recommend.
Pros:

Front desk attendant was amazingly informative. The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of choices. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved our private balcony. Towels were soft, and fans were provided during the heatwave which made all the difference.

Cons:

We had dinner at the hotel one of the three nights we were there. Unfortunately our young male waiter was so rude, condescending, and insulting we chose not to dine there again during our stay. The night we were there was June 23rd. He was a young light brown haired man of stout stature. It was very disappointing because everything else was so lovely.

Superb location
Pros:

Location was fantastic, good access to Bus and Train stops.

Cons:

In the middle of a heatwave the bedroom was stifling.
In fairness to the hotel they already had one fan in the room and a second was provided as well.
But your just generally moving warm air around.

Great location right in the middle of the town, near the train station for mountain activities.
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, especially Mila and Mike at the front desk. Good variety for breakfast, with hot and cold food. Location was near everything we wanted to do in the mountains, near the train station and bus stop. Free parking.

Cons:

The room (#23) was not comfortable for two people. Way too crowded. We couldn’t get around the beds without stubbing our toes. There was only one window and it opened over the restaurant so we got the smell of smoke and food when we opened it. No air flow at all. The bathroom was also very crowded. No Air Conditioner, but the staff provided two fans for us during the unusually hot days.

Location, all staffs, clean. Everything. Simply Fantastic . I would love to go there again.

Very pleasant stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location was perfect - easy to walk to from the train and near the famous waterfall. The breakfast were fantastic and well worth the price. I had a single room which was quite small, but adequate and included a refrigerator. The elevator was helpful because it was on the third floor. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room did not face the front street and did not have a view. It was also much smaller than I expected.

Koszmar, ale za to drogi.
Pros:

Bardzo miły personel, dobre śniadanie, wygodne łóżko, wystrój pokoju, lokalizacja, dostępność parkingu.

Cons:

Standard na poziomie schroniska młodzieżowego. Łazienka ciasna, bez umywalki. Umywalka w pokoju to jakiś żart? W łazience brak wieszac?ków, przy umywalce też. Pokój ciasny, słabe wifi, na cały pokój jedno gniazdko elektryczne. Generalnie - koszmar.
