Renovation work on the hotel will be carried out in stages from March 2026.

Please note that the hotel has no air-conditioning. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies or on the terrace.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein ausgesprochen schönes Zimmer. das Personal war extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Tolle Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Un hôtel-restaurant pour ceux qui ne regardent pas à la dépense.
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve dans un lieu magnifique: au bord du Lac des 4 Cantons. Les chambres avec vue sur le lac sont spacieuses et bénéficient d'une literie et d'une salle de bain confortables. Les plats servis au restaurant sur place sont délicieux.

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre est élevé mais l'addition au restaurant, c'est vraiment le coup de fusil. 150 EUR pour un potage, un toast au saumon et 2x1 plat qui s'apparente à un fish and chips (les frites remplacées par de simples pommes de terre, au demeurant très bonnes) accompagnés de 3 coca zéro et 2 thé. De plus le service fut très lent et il y a eu une erreur dans l'attribution des entrées.

湖景房值得
Pros:

位置优越 湖景房确实物有所值，夜里四五点钟听自然界声音 清晨看野鸭之类的游戏，叫声也很治愈。 春天的雪山，悠荡的小船，湖水的月影…位置太好了
另外 在五一前来的可以尝尝当地超市的草莓🍓，还有酒店门口的天然矿泉水，我就是把飞机上的矿泉水瓶一直带着，走哪里接上各处直饮龙头的水，真的不用买水。这个酸奶是酒店早餐的，我觉得超级好喝自己买了，难忘的。

Super Ausklang nach einem Arbeitstag
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt am See und in einer Bucht des Sees. So hat man das Gefühl man sei weit weg von Luzern und trotzdem ist man so nah.
Essen war super lecker und das Frühstücksbuffet wird sehr schön präsentiert und hat eine tolle Auswahl.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und man sieht, dass Sie gerne dort arbeiten.
