Pros:

C'était la cinquième fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel. Et c'est toujours un vrai plaisir.
L'accueil est impeccable, la cuisine de bonne qualité et la localisation avec vue sur lac magnifique.

Would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location, and the view of lake and mountains are spectacular . One of the best. From the room and out side too. Having breakfast close to the lake was fantastic. The Staff is wonderful.

Cons:

The room had a fan which is fine in warm nights but not enough with very hot nights. Luckily these nights are few

Pros:

L'emplacement à côté de Luzern est super et calme. La vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle. Le personnel est gentil et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec balcon (côté lac).

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est affiché comme un quatre étoiles mais il n'y a par exemple pas d'air conditionné dans l'hôtel (ce qui est un must surtout par temps de canicule). L'hôtel mériterait une remise au goût du jour (baignoire avec vieille douche, wc dans la salle de bain, table de nuit qui penche, éclairage dans salle de bain qui chauffe). La plage d'accès au lac est sans ombre et l'accès au lac lui-même est plein d'algues et à côté des bateaux. Le restaurant est très cher et de qualité très moyenne. Parking payant.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel - wäre noch besser mit Klimatisierung.
Pros:

Die Lage am See ist hervorragend und die Küche ausgezeichnet - das Frühstücksbuffet unübertrefflich gut.

Cons:

Man staunt, dass ein Hotel dieser Klasse immer noch keine Klimatisierung der Zimmer aufweist. Ein Ventilator ist wenig hilfreich.

We would rush back and happily recommend to others.
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful spot. The swimming on the lake was memorable and the views beautiful irrespective of the weather.

Cons:

Service was very slow in the restaurant. The staff were lovely and certainly worked hard

Fantastisch hotel, uitstekend ontbijt, supervriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam! De baas had de gouden oorring van mijn vrouw uit de putje gehaald. Wat niet makkelijk was! Super ontbijt en fantastisch uitzicht!

Cons:

Het enige wat ontbreekt is een airconditioner. Vooral in de hete zomer is de kamer best heet. En de hoofdkussen mogen wat harder.

Amazing views and everything you need for a fantastic holiday!
Pros:

Fantastic view from the balcony. Swimming in the lake right in front of the hotel was such a treat. Comfortable room with tea/coffee. Excellent breakfast included. Lovely, friendly staff spoke good English. Close to the bus route directly to the train station so travelling around was easy. Lovely walks in the forest directly from the hotel.

Cons:

The use of paddle boats or stand up board for the Lake would have been fun.
