Nice to be back
Pros:

The location of the hotel is clearly the highlight and the breakfast choices are excellent. All the rooms are quite spacious. We had a wonderful lunch on the terrace overlooking the lake. We've frequented this hotel for more than a decade now and we always appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff(most of the staff).

Cons:

The room we were given had seen better days and was right above the service area, therefore quite noisy in the evening and early morning. The pillows were awful, no support whatsoever. On the whole, the room was far too hot and we had to leave the window open all day and night. We also got the impression, that regular guests get preferential treatment! There was a member of staff at breakfast who pursued us in panic for our room number, while we were looking for a table. I felt like an unauthorised person, who sneaks into the hotel for a free meal. This is no way to treat guests.

Will definitely return.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the quiet of the place was absolutely wonderful. The staff are the added touch to this establishment. Will definitely return.

Cons:

They had issues with hot water on the first night, and I had to shower with cold water, but they fixed this immediately and I had hot water for the rest of my stay.

Pros:

Pequeno almoço muito completo e de qualidade. A sala é acolhedora e tem uma vista muito interessante. As funcionárias do serviço de pequeno-almoço eram muito simpáticas e prestáveis (5 estrelas). Localização muito próxima de Lucerna e da auto estrada.

Cons:

O colchão da cama era demasiado mole para o que estou acostumado. Sendo o parque na propriedade do hotel penso que não deveria ser cobrado nenhum valor; embora para os padrões Suiços 10CHF seja irrisório.

A very peaceful stay next to the lake

Замечательный отель,понравилось всё. Очень чисто, тепло и уютно в номере.кровать удобная, постель белоснежная и чистая. Ванная комната чистая, сантехника хорошая. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Кто на машине паркинг прямо возле отеля, с местами проблем не было. Завтрак хороший, можно сказать обычный, стандартный, но все вкусно и достаточно.

Pros:

Beautifully situated on the edge of the lake, very peaceful just hearing the distant noise of ducks. Good facilities in the room. Lovely breakfast served with great choices.

Cons:

Restaurant wasn’t open the evening we arrived but the hotel did inform in their literature that it was closed on a Monday/Tuesday night.
