الموقع فقط، حيث يقع الفندق على ضفاف البحيرة بإطلالة جميلة وهادئة، وهي الميزة الوحيدة التي تستحق الإشادة.

Cons:

الفندق بشكل عام متوسط ولا يرقى إلى مستوى التوقعات مقارنة بموقعه وقيمة المبلغ المدفوع.
عند الوصول لم أجد موظفة الاستقبال، واضطررت للبحث عنها في أرجاء الفندق حتى وجدتها داخل مطعم الفندق. كما لا توجد خدمة لحمل الحقائب، حيث يتوجب على النزيل نقل أمتعته بنفسه، وهذا لا يليق بفندق يقدم نفسه بهذه الفئة.
مدخل الفندق ضيق جدًا، وعلى جانبه الأيمن حاويات نفايات كبيرة، بينما تصطف السيارات على الجانب الأيسر، مما تسبب في اصطدام المرآة الجانبية لسيارتي بإحدى الحاويات. هذا المنظر غير مناسب إطلاقًا لواجهة الفندق ويعكس ضعفًا في إدارة المرافق.
وعند طلب مكواة للملابس، أبلغوني بأنه لا يمكن إحضارها إلى الغرفة، وأنه يجب علي النزول إلى غرفة كي في الطابق السفلي. الوقوف بمفردي في غرفة تحت الأرض كان أمرًا غير مريح ومثيرًا للقلق، وكان من المفترض توفير هذه الخدمة داخل الغرفة أو على الأقل بطريقة أكثر احترامًا لراحة النزلاء.
بشكل عام كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال، ولا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.

Personal sehr freundlich - aber das genügt nicht!

Ein Hotel in dieser Preislage müsste über eine Klimaanlage verfügen.
Das Badezimmer entsprach den 60iger Jahren!
1. Viel zu klein!
2. Duschen in der Badewanne ( lebensgefährlich da rutschgefahr)
3. Eine Weiterempfehlung auf diesem Niveau kaum vorstellbar!

I loved this location! It was amazing being right on the lake. You can go for a swim anytime and stay as long as you like. The beach was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and on-site parking was available for a small fee.

The breakfast was very good and was served on a beautiful patio overlooking the lake, which made for a great start to the day. The hotel is also conveniently located near Bus 20, which takes you directly to Lucerne city center in just a few minutes.

Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Like many places in Europe, the hotel does not have air conditioning. However, during our stay the weather was comfortable and it was not too hot, so this was not an issue for us. We were able to enjoy our stay and relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ruhige Lage! Sehr schöne Anlage am See! Eigener Zugang zum See! Vom Zimmer eine sehr schöne Aussicht Sehr gutes Essen! Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel! Busstation für nach Lucern in ca.10 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen . Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend! Der Service wird besonders gelebt! Tischwünsche ,wurden im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten berücksichtigt!
