Renovation work on the hotel will be carried out in stages from March 2026.

Please note that the hotel has no air-conditioning. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies or on the terrace.

Einfach grandios!
Pros:

Einzigartige Lage, direkt am See. Genauso einzigartig war der Service. Von den Mitarbeiterinnen der Rezeption bis hin zu den Zimmerservice Mitarbeiterinnen und hin zum Personal im Speisesaal und Restaurant : Einzigartig!! Sehr hilfsbereit Mitarbeiterinnen und eine individuelle und persönliche Atmosphäre egal wo man sich im Haus befindet. Jeder Wunsch wird- ohne dass man das Gefühl hat, lästig zu sein - aufs freundlichste erfüllt.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nur eines ein : NICHTS!!

Un cadre exceptionnel!
Pros:

L'emplacement et la vue sur le lac sont incroyables! Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Le restaurant et la terrasse sont très bon aussi. La literie très confortable et la vue sur le lac et les montagnes depuis le balcon est sublime

Schönes Hotel in super Lage mit einigen Qualitätsmängeln

Wunderbare Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und dem Frühstücksraum. Renovierte Badezimmer. Gute Qualität des Frühstücks. Sehr ruhig um das Hotel herum.

Cons:

Dusche ist eines Hotels, egal welcher Preisklasse, nicht würdig. Hier sollte dringend (wenig) Geld in die Hand genommen werden um zumindest vernünftige Duschköpfe zu installieren. In meinem Zimmer spritzte dieser in alle Richtungen.
Heizung leider nicht individuell regelbar, daher viel zu warm im Zimmer.

Pros:

We stayed for one night as we were only making a short stopover. The location by the lake was absolutely stunning. With a lake-view room, we were able to wake up to a beautiful view.

The breakfast was very good and generously arranged — we had everything we needed and more. The staff was very friendly and always ready with a smile.

Right by the lake, in front of the hotel, we were able to enjoy a relaxing aperitif at the restaurant while taking in the wonderful lake view. A walk around the area is a must, and the town center can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Highly recommended!

Fantastische Lage am See, genügend Parkplätze, große Zimmer mit ordentlicher Ausstattung.
Der Blick am Morgen auf den See, die Palmen und schneebedeckten Berge ist unbezahlbar.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit individuell zubereiteten Eierspeisen.
Herzlichen Dank an Frau Unternährer für das Entgegenkommen.
Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Es wurden zweimal nur ein Handtuch durch den Zimmerservice erneuert, obwohl wir zwei Personen waren
Der Toaster im Frühstücksraum sorgt für eine komische Geräuschkulisse ( er quietscht unablässig). Wir haben niemanden den Toaster nutzen sehen, kann man auch abschalten.

Amazing views
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the rooms with balconies and fantastic views over the lake were immaculately clean and spacious. The onsite parking came very handy. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

It would be lovely to have a second pillow of a different height for each guest.
