Hotel Restaurant Kutchi

Dummerweise hatte das zugehörige Restaurant Ruhetag. Wir hätten gerne afghanisch gegessen!

No body wash/shampoo provided. Brought our own anyway but prospective guests should be made aware on booking

Accueil tres froid. Un peu vieillot.

La chambre sentait le renfermé, la moquette était très sale et le fenêtre donnait sur une station service. Beaucoup de bruit avec la grande route et les avions qui atterrissent.

Nous avons commandé une bouteille de vin rouge de la région , à un certain prix, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une carafe. Nous avons pensé que celui-ci avait été décanté, un doute subsiste néanmoins.

Geen ontbijt, maar in de buurt wel verkrijgbaar.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing.

Several days before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to explain that I had become seriously ill and was unable to travel. We hoped they would show some understanding and help us modify or cancel the reservation. Instead, we received a standard response stating that no changes could be made. We were told that we could submit a medical certificate, but even then there was no guarantee that our request would be accepted.

At that time, I was genuinely unwell and had no intention of making another visit to the doctor simply to obtain additional paperwork after already receiving medical care.

We understand that hotels have policies, but we also believe that exceptional circumstances deserve compassion and flexibility. Unfortunately, we did not feel any empathy or willingness to help, which left us with a very negative impression.

Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this property from a customer service perspective.

Das Zimmer könnte renoviert werden. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nur bei geschlossenen Fenster nachts zu empfehlen

Hôtel is quite outdated. The rugs I consider personally non hygiénique regardless of the cleaning effort.

Dès que nous avons allumé la climatisation, une dizaine d'araignées sont sorties des coffres de rideaux et mon mari a passé sa soirée à les tuer, ma femme étant arachnophobe ; mais même autrement je ne trouve pas digne d'un hôtel à ce prix

Verwarrend schoonmaaksysteem. Je moest een schuifje omzetten als de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Hij is 3x schoongemaakt zonder schuifje. Toen het toiletpapier opraakte en we het schuifje omzetten werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt waardoor we zonder toiletpapier kwamen te zitten.
