Herrliche Lage! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und warmherzig, das sind Perlen. Aussicht vom Balkon zum geniessen.

Cons:

Leider waren im und ums Lavabo Barthaare, Bettwäsche mit schwarzen Fuseln und wenig Haaren, alle Ablageflächen staubig, Boden ums Bett herum staubig, etc.

Все сподобалось! Надзвичайно смачні сніданки, така якість це рідкість. Затишне місце з прекрасним краєвидом. Дуже задоволена вибором і неодмінно повернусь ще. Тільки приємні враження.

The room was so big and the bathroom was clean and good . The tv had good movies . The garage was good and the golf area was GIANT. The breakfast was good . In the breakfast they made omelettes and other foods.

Cons:

We didn’t like that it didn’t have lunch or dinner. we needed to go to the city to eat. We think they should build a restaurant.

Pros:

Bell’hotel nel verde, a 5 minuti d’auto dal centro di Lucerna. Camere molto spaziose e pulite, colazione buona, staff gentile e cordiale. Box auto comodissimo.
