Un séjour plutôt moyen, avec un accueil décevant

Hôtel restaurant proche de Lucerne

Cons:

L’accueil, en raison d’un malentendu lors de la réservation. L’âge des enfants (5 et 8 ans) n’avait pas été pris en compte et la chambre avait donc été préparée pour accueillir des bébés. J’ai dû demander une modification de l’installation, qui m’a été facturée CHF 100.– supplémentaires, pour finalement disposer de lits de camp d’une qualité très médiocre. Cette facturation m’a semblé d’autant plus regrettable qu’il s’agissait avant tout de corriger un malentendu lors de la réservation.

酒店房间很大，设施很新，但是床实在太小了。房间没有空调。晚上高尔夫球场关门后也没多少人住宿。总体来说瑞士住宿还是很贵，性价比一般。

酒店是一个高尔夫球场的住宿区，房间很大很干净，开窗看见漂亮的高尔夫球场。可以领免费的一日游车票。

Cons:

选择的是单人床，床实在太小了，只有90㎝宽。离市区坐车15分钟。

Nagyon kellemes élmény volt az itt eltöltött időnk! A szálloda gyönyörű, nyugodt környezetben található, a környék és a kilátás egyszerűen csodálatos. A szobánk tiszta, kényelmes és rendezett volt, minden adott volt a pihentető kikapcsolódáshoz. A személyzet kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt. Külön pozitívum volt számunkra a parkológarázs, ami nagyon kényelmessé tette az érkezést és a parkolást. 🙂

Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso. A vista é deslumbrante e o hotel foi projetado para que o hóspede possa apreciá-la. O quarto é muito bonito e confortável.
O café da manhã é bastante satisfatório. Passear pelos campos foi uma delícia! A localização não é tão central, mas vale pela vista. É bastante simples se locomover de lá e até lá, seja de carro ou utilizando transporte público.
